The Castle Premium Hotel

The room I stayed in was very spacious and comfortable.

Room was quite specious, very chilled AC, Water pressure in the Bathroom, these were the outline of the stay. enough daylight in the room and location was great too. Telephone line in the room was not working and staff were aware of it but still didn't fix it, Disliked · Smell of the bedsheets wasn't fresh, the telephone in room was out of order and even i informed the team but wasn't rectified. No slippers in the room (it would be added advantage of you can do), Overall, the product is good, and they can make far better with a little effort.

Worst staff ever!!!! They don’t acknowledge the DND sign and make a fire alarm drill in the middle of our sleep! It happened twice in our stay and when we complained in the Reception there is an Indian Lady who is very rude and just ignored our concern! The fire alarm was terribly loud and they don’t choose time to do it either early morning or afternoon they don’t care and they don’t apologize for this inconvenience. Specially this Indian Lady in the Reception she has the worst attitude I ever experienced in all hotels I stayed in. I am a regular guest here and same receptionist I see with same attitude I will not definitely come back in this hotel anymore it’s not comfortable at all!!!! NO EMPATHY, 0 rate in customer service 👎 Highly NOT recommended!!

Bad hotel, poor services and rude staff Disappointed experience I booked through *********** for eid vacation but they charged more money by deducting from credit card then they canceled my reservation i did by booking I requested extra blankets for my kids they refuse to give Not recommended at all

Amazing premier suite with breathtaking view. Very clean room. With ample facilities in the room. Only drawback is the toilet/ washroom. It is very small. Staff is friendly but upon check out the female staff was in rush to check us out, it felt bit rude like we are being kicked out.

My stay it was My stay at this hotel was ridiculous at the first when I walk into the hotel I had the confirmation number as an appear on the email when I make the payment so I walk in to the reception I talk to the agent and the agent was unhelpful and he wasn’t respectful I show him the picture of the email that I screenshot it and then he said no show me the actual email so I showed him the actual email and then he said I couldn’t find your reservation then I said how come I make the payment already he start giving me a hard time and yelling at me and then he said I know my job and that’s what I’m telling you I cannot find it in the system go anywhere else and then I showed him the email again and then I showed him the confirmation number exactly where is it located and then he took like 15 minutes And then he said OK give me your ID and then I gave him my ID and he take the ID he starts older steps to check in and then after that I ask him for the parking hasn’t shown on the reservation it was a free barking when I ask him he said no there is not free parking it’s all fall and then I said how come where should I leave my car he said it’s not my business and then I said OK give me the card of my room the key and then I will park the car he said I won’t give you the key until you park your car with the really nosy words he wasn’t have a good behavior , It is not racism but although I was from Qatar I am local his he wasn’t supposed to act really bad customer service
