Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected from a brand like Kempinski.
First, we returned to our room after several hours only to find the door was never properly locked. The latch was lifted, meaning anyone could have walked in. This is a serious security failure that no hotel should overlook.
Second, my wife previously contacted the hotel to ask about a private ladies’ pool and was clearly told there wasn’t one. Upon arrival, we discovered that this information was completely incorrect. This reflects poor communication and unprofessional management.
These are not small mistakes — they show a severe lack of accuracy, training, and responsibility. It is unfortunate that a hotel under the Kempinski name operates with such weak management.
