Overall was excellent. Starting from the complimentary valet parking, then the great service by the concierge. View from the room was great. Appreciate the clean balcony. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a generous selection. Lastly we loved the heated pool.

I loved this place, luxury and neat. The workers are trying their best to help you. They serve Arabic coffee in the lobby with dates. The room itself was clean, definitely coming back again.

The Villa was very spacious but not overwhelming. I like the ambience and the food wasn't bad neither.

Beautiful hotel with nice staff. However the three restaurants for a week can get a bit repetitive if having 3 meals a day.

The price-performance ratio is a bit low. The male receptionist didn't tell me the breakfast hours when I checked in. The service wasn't as good as the female receptionist's. The air conditioner in the room was too loud; I had to turn it off to fall asleep. Luckily, it wasn't too hot. There was no toilet paper dispenser in the room, so I had to use the tissue box from the bathroom. The hairdryer was old-fashioned and made my hand ache. The breakfast was so-so, edible but not great. I expected a lot of guests, but there were only two or three tables. The receptionist didn't even give me a room with a view of the pool; he gave me a room with nothing much to see. Overall, the hotel isn't worth the price.
