The place is great and staff are friendly. But housekeeping is not responding to calls. I tried multiple times but no one responded.

Good hotel, good one for short stop from airport transit. Warm weather. Overall experimce was good

While the location is great and price but with kids should be aware that this accommodation may not be the most suitable choice. The presence of a club on the ground floor results in significant noise disturbances till 2am into the night. This could make it challenging for young children, and even adults, to get a restful night's sleep.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I arrived, there were rooms available, but they charged me 50 QAR for early check-in. The service attitude was also terrible, and the room was very dirty. There was also a problem with the drainage in the bathroom. The whole hotel stinks as soon as you enter. After booking, you are not allowed to reschedule or refund, which is extremely disgusting.

The worst service in the world. First visit to Qatar because of the lying expatriates there. We hated Qatar. The reservation amount was not refunded after we left the hotel due to the room not being suitable for the family. We were directed to refund the amount through the website we booked on, after contacting the hotel to refund the amount. The hotel refused. Although the receptionist was ok. After we contacted the hotel manager, he will investigate the matter with the receptionist. The receptionist feared for his future career and changed his words. The second employee backed down by saying that she was new. Expatriates are a problem in a respectable country like Qatar But unfortunately we were unable to find a place to complain about them. Do you understand that he is a visitor for a while and is leaving? Al-Mansour Park Hotel has the most fraudulent and deplorable Arab employees. The worst and dirtiest hotel that I would never recommend. Dirty rooms and a foul smell. The bed has blood bugs and hair. Not suitable for a family with children. The floor is ceramic, there is no carpet on the floor. The time we were there was winter and the floor was very cold and not suitable for children

The hotel itself was amazing, and the property was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was badly affected by the staff’s behavior last night. The receptionist, Maryam, and another staff member were extremely unprofessional and had a very poor attitude toward us. What was especially unacceptable was that the staff member presented himself as the PM shift manager, while we later understood that he was actually a bellboy. We are not ******, and we understood what was being said and what was happening. It was very disrespectful to think that we would not understand the situation or the language being spoken around us. Maryam’s attitude was also unacceptable and lacked basic professionalism and courtesy toward guests. Regardless of someone’s position, guests should always be treated with respect and honesty. The hotel is genuinely amazing, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I strongly recommend that management investigate what happened last night and take appropriate action regarding the staff involved. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated in a professional hotel.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay with our family. However, I would like to suggest a few improvements. The hotel should consider placing air purifiers in both the rooms and the corridors, as there was an unpleasant smell inside room due to sink or something and outside due to food waste. In addition, some guests were smoking inside another room, and the cigarette smell spread into our room. This was especially concerning as we were staying with children. They are keeping aroma diffuser and it is bad for health and will not purify the air. I informed the staff about these issues during our 10-day stay, and I hope they will address them for future guests. Apart from these concerns, it was a nice stay, and we appreciated the overall experience.

like to stay for work travel I would like to recommend this hotel its comfort to stay and its near the center, the room it was brand new and the bathroom also brand new. Also I’ld specially thank staff md: main Uddin for their kindness and service they are helpful and respectful

Alert for all family people.. we checked in at 11pm and without checking anything in the room we just slept coz of too much of tiredness.. morning we noticed TV had scratches on screen and we just turned it off we felt unnecessary reporting it to counter and after few hours during check out we were told to pay 2k for tv damage. After all explanation the desk manager was like radio repeating 1 thing "you have to pay" please note our stay was just 1 night transit stay. I had few hrs left for my flight and i still protested and police were called. Long story short I paid 500qatari riyals and that too due to police intervention... I wanted to take them to court but being with family kids and long flight ahead I paid 500.. my personal recommendation is do not hire this hotel rooms and if you do check everything including lifting the bed cupboards etc...
