It was a terrible stay on all levels. - Main door was not locking! - Carpet was dirty! - We have requested extra duvet for four beds but they told us they have only 2! - It was cold when we checked in but the AC was only cooling! - bellboy was not friendly at all! - it was mentioned that the apartment has sea view but unfortunately it was partial sea view! Definitely It is NOT 5-stars hotel apartment .

Staying here for quite long time has been a wonderful experience, it’s like living back home. Atmosphere and service is excellent, and it’s very well located in the heart of West Bay. Highly recommended
