The towel provided to us had some blood stains and there was no water kettle nor tea bags provided. They were very slow in responsing to our request and during check out inormed them about my complains that made my stay unfortunate at 5 stars hotel. They said only sorry and not offered us any complementary thing.

Very good value for money hotel right next to the metro, clean, very spacious room. The hotel has somewhat old but functional equipment. The night team at reception is not very welcoming

This hotel is not bad, except that it is a bit old, it is quite comfortable to live in. The room is very clean, the Internet speed is fast, the restaurant is also good, and the facilities are all there, so you can rest assured

Good hotel very recommended to every one. My special thanks to the receptionist lady Ms. Ira for here wonderful services and really respectful to the guest I notice. The food was really good and the area is near to the metro station . I love it so much.

I recently attended a wedding event at Concord Hotel, and I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience. The event settings were absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully arranged, creating a perfect atmosphere for the celebration. The food was delicious and well-presented, and I truly enjoyed every dish. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members, Christina. From the very beginning of the event until the end, Christina was incredibly accommodating and attentive to all the guests. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that everyone felt comfortable. Her professionalism and helpfulness made the event even more memorable. Thank you to the Concord Hotel team for making the event so special, and a special shout-out to Christina for her outstanding service. I would highly recommend this venue for any event and will certainly consider it for future occasions.

We had an successful event last december in the functional hall of this hotel...the event went smooth from the start to finish...i recommend the staff who are very attentive and communicable.thumbs up to crestina for her professionalism

The receptionist IRA,Cuku in the night was very approachable and very accommodating. The room was fine and very clean. I really came here to relax but superb because really satisfying to the people in the hotel . They are treating you as family.and Muneer the driver was very funy and respectful.
