My room was 301, the worst ever. WiFi is so unstable, I am working online whoever working online does not suggest. And the room is next to the electricity room , I really am thinking it’s the interference.and the heating system doesn’t work , cold all night, they sent a guy to fix the issue, the guy came with explanation, issue remains. And first day check in wasn’t smoothly at all , the staff looked so unpleasant for no reason, however checked out was warm.it should be 3star not 5star ~ need to be improved ~

It’s pretty close to the airport so if you need to hop in a flight early, this is the one to bet on. The breakfast is okay, not wowing. The interior of the room is pretty spacious. The toilet appears awkward but u guess this is the norm for Arabic world. They don’t clean up the room daily by default.

Clean Hotel good service good food no complaints

The towel provided to us had some blood stains and there was no water kettle nor tea bags provided. They were very slow in responsing to our request and during check out inormed them about my complains that made my stay unfortunate at 5 stars hotel. They said only sorry and not offered us any complementary thing.

It is 15 minutes from the airport and has a restaurant and a place selling simple Qatari souvenirs on the first floor. Compared to hotels I have stayed at before, I can't help but give it a low score for facilities, except that it is close to the hotel.

Very good value for money hotel right next to the metro, clean, very spacious room. The hotel has somewhat old but functional equipment. The night team at reception is not very welcoming

The hotel is excellent. Large rooms, immaculately kept. Staff were friendly and helpful at every stage making the stay easier.

The hotel was quite okay, the reception took too long to check us in. The rooms were fair , staff were quite nice. One security guard called John was really nice to us he acted on our requests faster than the reception did and assisted where possible. The reception needs to step up on requests.

Ever since I enter, everyone is very welcoming. They will greet you with smile and they are vey accommodating. I strongly recommend this hotel. Very good service. The best hotel.
