Fantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water....
Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe?
Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel.
It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.

Nice hotel, modern, great tablet in the room for movies, adjusting the curtains, lights, etc. super location between a big mall and the swimming pool complex I competed in. But I found the hotel lacking a personality, lacking warmth, and maybe a bit sterile. I was there for two weeks and spent nearly $3000 but was kind of bored. When first seeing the building in the photo, I requested a room up high, and was given a room on the eighth floor with a nothing view facing north for two weeks, rooms don't actually go above the 16th floor, even though the building is 300 meters tall, most of the building is just an empty criss-cross or girders, with the revolving restaurant on the 47th floor. I wouldn't stay there again.

Stayed here for the football youth cup and the service all round was really good despite the hotel being full. The hotel staff Ms Raksha and Mr Mohammad were so helpful and really took care of us and made our stay very comfortable. Thanks to their outstanding service. The rooms have great technology to operate the curtains and lights right from your bed side. The hotel is linked to the Villagio Mall and is just few minutes walk from the metro station.

Visited three sixty restaurant for lazy lunch, and celebration of late valentines. Service was awesome. Friendly and smooth service by our server Adrian. Food was also superb. We try goat cheese salad and caesar salad. Mains oriental mix grill and chicken souvlaki. To end with warm chocolate and pecun nut cake. Warm chocolate was really one of the best dessert I eat. Overall food was mouth watering. Plus you are revolving while having your meal and wonderfull view of entire city. Best experience and best in all aspect. Will definitely coming back and bring more friends with.
