We loved this place! Alison made guests feel so at home- there were little things that she thought of that would make our stay just that little bit pleasant and comfortable. Very clean and lovely! Will definitely be staying here again :) I only thing I would mention to guests staying here is that whilst Alison provides a deliciously yummy breakfast - there are very few places where you can go and eat lunch/dinner unless you pre-book.

Its a bit tricky to find the place, but Alison provided clear instructions prior to our arrival. Its one of those quaint buildings that is right on the road, at first we thougth this could be an issue but the house faces away from the road and we didnt hear or recognise the road during our stay. Parking is easy and the room was very clean, comfortable and had a wonderful homely feel. We were greated with an assortment of treats in our room upon arrival, including some cakes and fresh milk in the fridge... best of all a bottle of the local ale. We wished we could have stayed longer, we compared the rest of our B&B stays with that at Bwlch y Fedwen, this one is the best by far

We Stayed at Bwlch y Fedwen for the weekend this weekend having had stayed here around 6 years ago. Beautiful rooms, stunning views, an incredible attention to detail and perfect host, Alison goes so far up and above anything we’ve seen before, which will make you want to stay for longer. Genuinely the most perfect, idillic B&B we’ve ever stayed at and I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you! We’ll be back soon x

Had a lovely stay here for 3 nights. The breakfast was lovely . Location was pretty good . Close to most atttactions and within a 4 min drive to a large Tesco superstore , which was handy. The rooms were nice and had loads of handy little extras you don’t get in most places . Like hot water bottle and even provided with home made cake in room and a bottle of beer . Allison was a great host. Thanks Allison. All the best , Katie and Patrick .

This was our second visit. It was again, a truly amazing experience. Alison is the perfect host. The attention to detail is second to none. We were in Glaslyn, which has a super king bed and the whole room is spacious with a terrific en suite. There are ample toiletries, tea and coffee, biscuits, slippers and bath robes. Charging facilities, torches, hair drier and diffuser are just some of the touches that are provided. The breakfast was delicious, nothing was too much trouble. The best B&B we’ve stayed at.

What a lovely place to stay. Alison and Dave run it, Alison is such a lovely lady, nothing too much trouble, rooms are well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, and milk. A bottle of local beer, even a bar of chocolate. The bathroom even has a little basket of essentials. The only thing I would say is bring some earplugs as the Rd can be a little noisy at certain times of the day but that's only if your hearings a bit sensitive like my husband.

In a good position to discover the area by car. Tremadog is a 15 to 20 minute walk away with a restaurant, 2 pubs and an excellent chip shop. There is great off street car parking. The room had everything that was needed. Tea, coffee, small fridge with fresh milk, various toiletries, a fan, hairdryer, an Alexa, TV, even bathrobes. The en-suite bathroom was down a couple of steps. It had a deep bath with overhead shower. Our personal preference would be a stand alone shower. A memory foam topper would have made the bed more comfortable. Finally the breakfast was good but you need to preorder the night before. The owner provides lots of information which was very helpful.

We wanted to visit Port Meirion and booked into Bwlch y Fedwen for 3 nights. Everything about this B&B was amazing. The warm greeting by Alison as we drove into their car park was just the beginning. The car park is at the rear of the building and as such the cars were tucked away nice and snug. We then went up to our lovely room. The bed was large and very comfy, The bedding was lovely and fresh as were the towels in the bathroom. The room also had a small fridge which was handy to keep a few beers in to drink in the garden in the evening. Breakfast was a real treat, all freshly cooked and a big selection. There was also Greek yogurt, cereal, fruit, nuts and fruit juice. Apart from all of that the garden is quite large and made up of a lot of different seating areas, it's amazing. I have real garden envy. If I lived closer I would stay there sometimes just for the sheer homeliness of the place. we usually stay in hotels but this B&B has made us rethink our normal decisions. Well done Alison and David, keep up the good work.

Allison is honestly the best host I’ve come across. Room was so comfortable and everyone was lovely. The Hunters chicken that we had one of the nights was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever experienced and the Welsh water was class. Such a beautiful home and great views all round of such a great area. Molli the family’s dog gave the cutes welcome upon arrival. Overall one of the best weekends away I’ve ever had and I’ll definitely visit again, Allison absolutely smashed it ,she’s the kindest soul.
