5 star plus!!! Just as beautiful as our last stay at the hotel with extras. We checked in and were surprised with an amazing upgrade. We had an exceptional room with an added benefit of direct access in to the garden and then to the beach. Our dogs couldn’t have been happier to be back, they had lovely treats waiting for them in the room and we had many amazing walks on the beach. All the hotels staff were warm and welcoming to us and our pups :) can’t wait to return next year!

Greatly located on the almost salvage beach, facing the fascinating ocean. Nice architecture, nice and comfy rooms, very nice inside pool and sauna / steam bath area; private garden with direct access to the beach; did not try the restaurant..

We had an incredible stay and came away so happy. The service was absolutely amazing and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were provided with their own handmade treats when we arrived and the staff remembered each of their names, which was a really nice touch. Beautiful setting with great facilities and right on the beach. We’ll definitely be going back.

This is a five-star hotel where the food and facilities match the rating. We tried two of the set menus and both did not disappoint. The sommelier guided our choice of wines and both were superb. From the receptionist to each of the waiters nothing was too much trouble. A faultless stay.

Superbe Hôtel idéalement situé avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et accès direct à la magnifique plage de la Rémigeasse. Un accueil super chaleureux et une équipe au petit soin ... Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner face à l'océan et l'apéritif sur le rooftop face au coucher de soleil!

Très bon acceuil et prestations endroit très agréable il est bien que sur Oléron nous puissions avoir un hôtel 5 étoiles avec un restaurant gastro qui nous permet même en ayant un pied à terre dans l'Ile de fêter dignement nos évènements

Nous avons dîner dans cet établissement et choisit le menu à 125€ pensant nous faire réellement plaisir. Quelle déception dès l'apéritif, optant pour un verre de vin blanc, on nous sert un verre de Riesling quasi imposé de surcroît presque tiède...retour au seau à glace ! Puis l'entrée est servie, des tomates cerises multicolores mais pelées avec une sauce soi-disant explosive...plutôt fade en fait ! A suivre un tartare de poisson, banalement bon sans plus, loin d'être surprenant ! Est servi ensuite du bœuf wagyu, spécialité japonaise que nous découvrions, veritable délice cette fois...mais en quantité bien insuffisante pour tempérer notre déception. Le dessert aux framboises fût bon lui aussi. Une mignardise de fin de repas nous a été gentiment servie sur le rooftop d'où nous avons pu apprécier le coucher de soleil. Malgré une fin de prestation améliorée, elle n'est pas à la hauteur d'un repas bien trop cher au regard des attentes d'un établissement hôtelier affichant pompeusement ses 5*. Aller dîner dans d'autres restaurants de l'île pour un rapport qualité/prix bien plus satisfaisant.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour grâce notamment à l’amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel de l’hôtel, des femmes de chambre à la réception en passant par les massages, c’est tout simplement parfait. Hélas deux petites choses nous ont désagréablement surpris. Tout d’abord la chambre « Élégance » est trop petite pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, de plus cela n’était pas suffisamment expliqué lors de notre réservation et c’est dommage car si nous avions su, nous aurions pris une autre chambre. Enfin grosse surprise lors du petit déjeuner de voir qu’à 8h45 le buffet était dépourvu de bon nombre de produits, résultat pain et beurre pour le prix du petit déjeuner cela fait très très cher et il est surtout dommage que nous n’ayons pas vu de réapprovisionnement…
