"Everything was perfect! From check in to check out, I stayed for 2 nights and had THE best sleep! I stayed on the 5th floor and the views at every side of the hotel are beautiful and very quiet. Breakfast was beautiful too and you can catch an amazing sunrise over the racecourse if you are an early riser like me :) Also the room and hotel is spotless so I hope a huge thanks is best onto the cleaners too! My room was as if it was brand new"

"This is the 2ed time staying here for 2 nights the price is ok the room is clean you get free tea and coffee in your room the breakfast is good value for money I believe it’s 15 pounds per person there is lots of fresh fruit cereal, a cooked breakfast as much tea and coffee as you like we didn’t go into the park this time as I have been in the wildlife Park before with my daughter this time we were visiting family the wildlife Park is amazing the staff at the Hex Hotel are super friendly . And professional. The only thing I would say negative about the hotel is checking after 4 pm. And you have to be out of the room by 10 am. I think check-in should be from 2 pm then that gives you a little bit longer in the room and maybe check out 11 am but apart from that I can’t fault this place but if you want to do an earlier check-in, they charge you £30. And if you want to upgrade your room, they charge you £15 per night to upgrade. . The shower is absolutely amazing. You have a rain shower and a smaller shower. You get two massive bath towels, two hand towels also shower gel body cream soap. That are individually. I will definitely be coming back and staying again. A short taxi ride into Doncaster town Centre where there is lots of bars that play music if you’re into that there’s also a designer outlet not far from the hex hotel. ."

"All the cups in the room were dirty. Lamps with no bulbs or shades. The room in general was dirty. Radiator didnt work. No dust cover on the bed, my sheets had holes n rips in it........ then I get kocked up by the cleaner in the morning asking if I had left yet (i had an hour left to check out)... dunno why they were rushing to get in they clearly dont clean the place"

Thank you to all the staff who helped make it so special, they went above and beyond it was the hottest day but but nothing was too much trouble.a big shout out to the girls scarlett,Sophia and especially oliver on the bar. "Very noisy at night. I had to go and purchase some ear plugs for second night due to only having a few hours sleep previous night from the noise. Plenty of teabags and milk provided but no spoons! Bedside light had no bulb in so had to have big light on. TV in room had poor signal so every station jumps. Bathroom door needs cleaning and overall room needs some updating"
