The moment I stepped into the entrance, I was overwhelmed by the high-ceilinged and open space, truly feeling like a 5-star hotel. The small window connecting the bedroom and bathroom had a lovely design, showcasing attention to detail. However, I wished there were skincare amenities available. By the swimming pool, there were open-air daybeds where I could relax peacefully. The breakfast selection was incredibly diverse, so much so that even taking a little bit of everything meant I couldn't finish it all. Happy hour was 'Buy 1 Get 1,' and I enjoyed delicious cocktails. For dinner, terrace seating was available, allowing me to dine with a night view. The location is excellent; there's a shopping center next door, a market on the same street, and the beach right in front – truly a perfect spot.

I stayed here once before and loved it. Seven years later, it's still impeccably maintained. The added Vincom Plaza shopping center downstairs, with a supermarket, is incredibly convenient. The breakfast selection is also fantastic. Highly recommend!

When it comes to Vinpearl, there's nothing to complain about. The rooms are excellent and clean, the staff are enthusiastic, polite, and disciplined, and the location is incredibly convenient.

The decor barely reaches a three-star standard. When checking in, the front desk gave me what they called a 'voucher'. I couldn't understand anything the front desk staff said, as their English was very broken. I thought it was a voucher for snacks and drinks in the room, but it wasn't at all. The most frustrating thing was breakfast; I've never encountered a star-rated hotel where breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, and no one even told me. The location is very remote, with hardly any dining options nearby. You are a chain hotel, please don't let such a poor experience at a single property tarnish your entire brand image.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, and the beach is uncrowded. The restaurant is also good, and the staff are very friendly.
