I celebrated my 20th year of graduation with classmates end of Aug. General, Hotel is fresh, modern, friendly staffs, good food, amazing views. The location near the beach is superb and the seashore is very tranquil and beautiful. There is a big swimming pool nice coconut tree garden, and white beach. Thank you very much DGM Ms. Nam for warmly welcome, FB waitress in Gala dinner Ms... from Phu' Thuy? Town, dont remember exactly name, and Mr. MC in team building games, Reception team very useful supports. I will definitely recommend Gold Coast Hotel Resort and come back again soon.

It’s the first time to come to such a small remote place in Vietnam. It’s OK to find this hotel. I can speak a few words in Chinese the day before yesterday, but I can communicate in English. (Unfortunately, I can’t speak English). It is generally not up to Da Nang, but it is worthy of the house price😜😜😜

I stayed at the hotel for four days of a business travel and felt very comfortable during my stay. The spacious balcony in front of my room let me enjoy the morning and the wonderful spacious riverside view. The room is clean and I saw housekeepers made up rooms very proficiently. The breakfast is homestyle and great. The front desk young man is very friendly and helpful. He speaks good English. He can provide any information you need during your stay. In the morning of my leaving day, they also prepared breakfast for me minutes before I took the taxi. The room rate is very economic. A great value.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious. Not all the staff was able to speak English but this is not unusual in Vietnam. Through the staff which did speak English we were able to book a daytrip to the caves in Phong Nha which is absolutely worth a visit! Staff in general was very helpful and even booked us tickets for the sleeper train to Hanoi. Location is very good although it is generally quite difficult to find a restaurant with a menu in English (we managed with pointing out pictures on the menu). Dong Hoi is a city with a lot of potential which, however, still has to be developed (lots of opportunities for nice bars and restaurants along the seaside which are not there yet).

The hotel has a very impressive design that brings a pleasant, western feel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, always happy to help our group a lot. Our group of 4 people rented 2 rooms from the hotel, the room was new and very clean, fully equipped. My room is 35m2 with a cool and beautiful sea view. Here, just walking about 500m to the sea is really convenient or you can use the tram, also close to the city center. In addition, the hotel also has a dining room on the top floor, so you can see the whole Dong Hoi. This is a 3-star hotel but in terms of service, I think it deserves 4 stars. If I have the opportunity to return to Dong Hoi, I will still choose Riverside Hotel
