設施：客廳沒有空調，衹有房間有空調。
衞生：很差，馬桶有蒼蠅，冰箱沒有打掃過，已經發臭了，窗台的灰已經非常厚了，浴巾居然放在了灰那麼厚的窗台，我也是真的有點無語。床上有黴點，我也不知道是多久換的床上用品。窗台的瓷磚圖片灰看着不是特別明顯，但是手一摸全是灰。
服務：一般般，訂了民宿，酒店沒有主動聯繫入住情況，而是到了以後，我們聯繫他才告訴我們怎麼走，才發定位。
我們在海南一共住了4家民宿，這家是最差，非常差的一家，我一般不給差評，除非實在忍無可忍了才會給差評，希望後面的租客可以作一個參考。

原計劃想冰箱放點東西才訂這個房型，結果冰箱是臭的，但是很快我就發現這是最小的問題，傢俱一擦棉柔巾就變黑，滿地爬小螞蟻直接爬到床上身上這種也都能算小事。重點：那個廁所一股騷臭味，馬桶圈內部留着一層明顯是飛濺上去的沒有變乾的尿液！對，還**是個男的尿的！！馬桶圈上甚至還有體毛！！沒當場吐出來是我修養太好！！緊急讓跑腿小哥送來酒精噴霧對着馬桶內外還有附近地面，洗手枱一通清理，特別是那個馬桶圈，擦拭過的紙巾直接變黃了，我真的不想知道那個黃色是什麼東西！！！正好行程臨時有變了，哪怕要付違約金，也衹湊合了一晚上就跑了改住正規酒店。這輩子都不會去任何一家民宿了，便宜就是沒好貨，是我預訂時腦子起泡沒想明白，一種植物！最後：那個廁所反覆噴了一晚上加一早晨的酒精殺菌清潔，還是一股濃重的騷臭味！！幹不起民宿就別幹早點關門！

環境：還不錯，小區挺好，停車方便

下面一個衞生間水池頭頂上嘀嘀答答，是上面的衞生間滴水下來，用不了。房間煙灰頭也有好也個。衞生有待提高。服務態度還是可以，回覆挺快。
