入住時第一感覺是房間漂亮、海景迷人，但是當晚回房間被小蟑螂驚到了，跟酒店溝通後才知道酒店除蟲不專業，居然一直靠噴殺蟲劑殺蟑螂，結果蟑螂沒死，把我們住店的人薰的暈頭轉向。第二天我媽就感冒發燒了。連我一個外行都知道你撒點蟑螂葯或者用真菌滅蟑，很容易死好幾窩蟑螂，再不濟你撒點乾燥劑石灰粉也比噴殺蟲劑這種對人體有毒的東西強啊？那個酒店管家好像是個聽不懂人話的，反正話裏話外就是嫌麻煩，一點不考慮住客感受，就不肯用個根治的方法，第二天依舊噴了大量殺蟲劑，我媽還感冒了，搞得我開窗通風也不對不開窗户通風也不對，我不想被傳染啊？！更誇張的是，第二天白天晚上一整天酒店樓體內外噪音不斷，咋的?有問題還不讓説啦?你這酒店就是徒有其表，完全不隔音。
房間不隔音就算了，最糟糕的就是酒店方完全就是怕麻煩的態度，根本不想解決噪音問題，連監控都不調看，衹一味搪塞“沒有人沒有小孩沒有噪音源”！我跟你溝通是要你解決問題，不是聽你找藉口編瞎話的！總之這房間250一晚非常不值，210一晚我都嫌給多了。這都什麼玩意?
搞笑的是，酒店對面的海灘植被區有明顯禁止燃放煙花爆竹的標識牌，可是清晨依舊有幾個*男在標示牌附近炸爆竹?不是紅白事，幾歲了?還這麼任性擾民?

酒店就在海濱，離海岸應該不到100米，老闆給免費升級為套房海景房（15層）。這個房間是記憶中住過的視野最好的海景房了（雖然住過直通海灘的海景房間，但樓層沒這個高，海景視野也沒有這個寬廣，這個是陽台和卧室也是落地窗可打開直通涼台的海景房，夜晚是開着窗户聽着大海浪濤聲入眠）。房間是今年裝修的，設施非常新，用具完備，衞生整潔，酒店停車方便。離東方市標誌性景點魚鱗洲開車就5公里左右（直線更近，在陽台上就可以眺望到魚鱗洲網紅燈塔，見第三張照片上遠方的小山丘），離市中心也就6、7公里（東方市很小）。

酒店坐落於海南東方的海鷗灣，是個度假的好去處。這裏風景絕佳，有着讓人沉醉的自然景觀。一半是碧海藍天的絕美海景，一半還能享受美食紅酒。夕陽西下時，浪漫的海風輕拂，落日的餘暉灑在落地窗前，日落後天邊泛起紅暈，夢幻的落日緩緩沉沒在海平面上，氛圍感直接拉滿，讓人能打卡海南東方最美日落，甚至可以躺着看日落，盡情享受愜意的海居生活。
