The location of the hotel is easy to find. The Dongfang City Cultural Plaza is across the road. The price is very affordable and they even provide a simple breakfast. There were quite a few problems with the hotel, especially that I happened to run into a "Village BA" basketball game being held in the Cultural Square, with the loudspeakers blaring until 11:30 pm. The windows were not very soundproof, so the voices downstairs seemed very loud. I couldn't sleep, so I had to go out for a walk. But any evaluation should be based on how much it costs. It's only over 100 yuan, so you really can't ask for too much. I'd better give it a four-star rating.
