This stay was truly exceptional, exceeding all my expectations. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, and the room was comfortable and quiet, making for a very relaxing stay. What was most heartwarming was the thoughtful and attentive butler service; they were prompt and meticulous in their responses, arranging everything perfectly and with such care, truly making us feel at home. Overall, the experience was a perfect 10. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers great value for money. Considering its facilities and service, it’s really impressive. The hot water circulation system is actually better than some long-established hotels. The staff are professional and efficient. The hotel is right next to a main road, so it’s fairly easy to get to.

A mid-range hotel located in a quiet area not too far from the city center. Rooms are new and clean. Smoking seems to be permitted in the hotel. If you do not smoke make sure to request a non-smoking room. Dongguan railway station is about 15 minutes by taxi. A fine seafood restaurant is on the second floor of the same building. Multiple restaurants and small food shops are available in the walking distance. Mind that there are two Vienna hotels in this part of Dongguan city. The other hotel is older and better-known to the drivers.
