The hotel environment is excellent, and the receptionist is beautiful and kind. She handles things very quickly and answers questions promptly. She's very friendly, welcoming, and polite. Given the service and value for money, I'll definitely stay here often.

The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend it.

Everything else is fine, except the air conditioner is broken, which is a bit disappointing as you have to climb stairs. Otherwise, it's acceptable. The air conditioner doesn't have a heating mode. The room size is suitable, and the chairs are a bit dirty.
