Excellent service and clean rooms.

The lobby has a wonderful ambiance, with a warm and pleasant fragrance that's not overpowering. The front desk staff enthusiastically offered tea, and any requests for items were delivered promptly. The room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet rest, and the shower experience was comfortable. Overall, it's great value for money.

The room stay experience was really good. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff were polite. Item deliveries were very prompt. The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable to sleep on! I really liked it.

My spouse and I stayed here for a trip. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the facilities were top-notch! The most important thing was the warm service. I requested a late check-out from the front desk because I was waiting for my ride, and they were very understanding! It was a very humanized experience, and the breakfast was abundant, even catering to my low-carb diet needs! All in all, it was excellent! Very new! The front desk lady was very gentle!

The location is easy to find, and there are a few parking spots right at the entrance. Parking in the basement garage is a bit of a hassle; it seems you have to park on the very bottom level to access the elevator. Facilities: It's a very new hotel, and the facilities are also new and completely faultless. Hygiene: Looks pretty good. Environment: Quiet, not in a busy downtown area, but still conveniently located. There's also a convenience store downstairs. Service: Excellent, nothing to complain about. Overall, it was quite a pleasant surprise, probably because the hotel is so new! I would definitely consider staying here again next time.
