I've stayed here many times, and the service is always attentive and warm. The rooms are clean, tidy, and exceptionally quiet. The hotel's buffet breakfast, featuring Cantonese dim sum, is absolutely delicious, and the afternoon tea is also excellent. They even provide a parting gift upon check-out.
