A/C in the room does not function!
I suffered unbearable heat for days and had to take cold showers just to cool off. Play all you want with the room's control unit, it's useless.
I was told it was being repaired, but truth as finally revealed was, central A/C is shut down and set to "fan only" on a 28 degrees climate.
All this, while the hotel misinforms guests on the app, promising A/C room amenity, and misleads me saying it's in repair.
They refused to acknowledge their misconduct or to compensate, despite their misrepresentation, deception, and my suffering. So take these into consideration.
Their response admits misconduct:
"Because the air conditioning is a central system and cannot be adjusted, the Hotel offered two solutions after you raised this issue: a room change and a fan...
... Currently, the property cannot provide price difference or compensation"
well they did offer me to move me to another room, but all rooms are with no A/C!
It's a shame. If the management were honest and fair, I would have given the hotel a high score since it's clean, aesthetic, spacious, and the front desk staff are wonderful. But none of those could compensate for the terrible heat and the work days I've lost as a result. I will never go back.
