Kande International Hotel

The overall environment is beautiful. It's bustling outside yet quiet inside. Alex and Lucy, our butlers, were especially nice and thoughtful. They handled all our business needs perfectly. A great experience!

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The kids loved it, and overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel is in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. There are lots of shops and supermarkets nearby, so it's super easy to go shopping.

Great location, new rooms, and delicious breakfast – it left our whole family with a wonderful impression of our Dongguan trip. Special thanks to Doris Liang at the front desk for her warm service. We'll definitely be back!

The location is excellent, though it would be even better if there was an underground connection. The room was nice and well-equipped. When I came back in the evening, I found some peach shortbread made by the hotel, which was a lovely touch. The service was decent; room amenities were delivered quickly, but it took over ten minutes for the takeaway I ordered at night to arrive. The bedding wasn't particularly comfortable, with insufficient lumbar support, possibly due to it being an older model.

I previously stayed at the Kande Hotel in Huizhou and had a fantastic experience, so I decided to book with Kande again. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. On the positive side, the hotel's location and service were excellent, and the room was quite spacious, which is a common advantage of older five-star hotels. However, the room facilities were outdated (especially the telephone and the plant box next to it, which were both dirty and old). The hotel lobby looks grand and impressive, but it lacks a human touch in its layout (the sofa areas are all set up for the paid bar). There's no waiting area for guests checking in, which is a significant drawback compared to the Huizhou branch. Overall, the value for money is low, and I wouldn't recommend it for personal travel.

I specifically requested a room away from the elevator and a non-smoking room in my booking notes. However, upon arrival, I was given the very first room right next to the elevator and a non-smoking room, which was what I asked for, but not the location. There were no indications of a full house or a high volume of check-ins that day, so I'm unsure if the front desk staff overlooked my request or simply prioritized their own convenience. Throughout the night, there was constant noise from people walking past my door. Furthermore, I discovered leftover trash in the sink upon check-in, and the bathtub shower head was leaking all over the floor. I would advise caution when choosing this hotel; the service and experience definitely don't match the price point, and it certainly didn't provide any sense of luxury.

Came to Dongguan specifically for the Dragon Boat Festival and booked the Kangdi Hotel in advance – definitely didn't disappoint! The room was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel restaurant also has a kids' play area, which was perfect for traveling with children; my little one had a blast. Our butler, Alex, provided attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay, doing his best to accommodate all our requests. He really took good care of us. Overall, this family trip was a perfect experience, and it's definitely worth bringing the kids back again!

The location is good, right in the center of Dongguan, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, which is very convenient. The room is large, but the facilities are a bit old and have a somewhat worn-out feel. The toilet and curtains are all manual. I booked a king-size bed, and there's a big gap between the bed and the nightstand. The power outlet is very far from the desk, making it unusable – a really impractical design. In the bathroom, the box for toothbrushes and such still had opened cotton swabs. There was no conditioner. The hangers were broken. There's no hotel concierge, and no pre-arrival contact, which is pretty subpar service for a five-star hotel. Breakfast was decent, and I noticed many Indian guests during my meal. Overall, the value for money is quite poor.

Excellent! The environment and service are top-notch, and the location is very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here long-term in the future.
