Hotel is really nice and several amenities are nearby ( tennis, basketball and padel). Onsen and swimming pools are really enjoyable. Staff was really kind and allowed for early check in and late check out.

Our favorite resort in Songshan Lake. We love to take our family for a relaxing pool day with Japanese baths. The pool and baths are right on the most tranquil part of the Songshan Lake. We really appreciated the warm welcome for our return and we were even given an upgrade for our continued patronage.

The hotel is located right by Songshan Lake. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice location, super kind and prepared staff, clean rooms. Loved the lake view from the swimming pool.

Good Quality.

The hotel has hot springs, a heated swimming pool, and a gym, which is really suitable for vacation. The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast is rich, and you can see the swimming pool by the window. It is very close to Songshan Lake. I rode around the lake and was so tired!

The hotel lobby staff was very polite and prepared fruits for me because they knew it was my birthday, which was very heartwarming. The facilities are complete, including a gym, swimming pool and hot spring, but the water quality is a bit dirty. In addition, the swimming pool staff is not knowledgeable. I was wearing a pair of loose swimming trunks from Arena, and they said it was not a swimming trunk and would not let me enter the pool to swim. I just thought it was a bit strange and ridiculous. I hope the swimming pool staff can be more knowledgeable. In addition, the room was not well cooled and needed a fan, and there were some insects. The overall hotel environment is comfortable. 

The hotel has a nice environment, with an infinity pool and a hot spring pool for soaking. There are not many people on weekends. The window seats for breakfast have a view of the pool, which gives you a holiday feeling.

Yijuhushan Hot Spring Experience: Overall, it is quite satisfactory, the facilities are complete, the room is just right for one person, and the lake view makes the travel experience better. Service: The front desk service is good, the attitude is sincere and attentive, and the butler service is very considerate.

The environment is very good, and the room was upgraded. It happened to be a little rainy during the Qingming Festival, so it was just right for a hot spring bath! The children had a lot of fun and will come again next time. The surrounding environment is very good, suitable for slow enjoyment

This stay was great! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the enthusiastic front desk staff took the initiative to help with luggage and check-in. Their caring smiles made me feel warm. The room is super exquisitely decorated, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the hygiene is spotless, and the smart devices are complete and convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety, with Chinese and Western dishes, and the freshly made fried eggs and wontons are fragrant. The hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities are brand new and well maintained, and you can also enjoy the beautiful scenery outside the window. The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are within walking distance. Whether it is service details or hardware facilities, they are impeccable. It is definitely the first choice for travel accommodation. I will come again next time!

I came here to stay after seeing the poor reviews of Hyatt and the surprisingly high reviews here. Who knows, the good reviews are actually exchanged for room upgrades. Many hotels will also give free upgrades in the hope that customers will have a good experience and give good reviews, but they will collect a deposit first and will only refund the deposit and upgrade the room after seeing the customer leave a 5-star review. I refused the deal out of hand. I was particularly disgusted by the bad marketing tactics used right from the start. It seems that this hotel knows very well that it cannot get good reviews with normal services. I regret that I did not realize it and checked in at that time. The subsequent experience is also hard to describe. The room of more than 700 is pitifully small. Other hotels such as Zhonghao/Yazhi have suites that are twice as large at this price, with bathtubs and tea sets, and robot food delivery, but this one has none of them. The carpet in the room has a musty smell that takes half a day to dissipate. The air conditioner has a sour smell when it is turned on at the maximum wind speed. It feels like it has not been cleaned for a long time. I asked for a quiet room, but I was assigned a public court downstairs. There are people playing courts at 1000-2200 all day long, which is very noisy. The other lake view rooms basically face the outdoor swimming pool, hot springs and teahouse downstairs, where children play and make noise. The breakfast is all processed meat. The only fresh meat every day is rough, and a lot of five-spice powder and MSG are added. The coffee beans have an expired sour taste. When I ordered foam coffee, they said the coffee machine can't make it. I want to go out to Vanke for dinner, but I took a taxi for a long time and no driver took the order. I asked the customer service and they said that the shared bicycles are 2 kilometers away. If you want to walk to eat by yourself, don't even think about walking along the lake. The lakeside platform is closed for maintenance for a long time, and next to it is someone else's community, which is locked and not allowed to enter; walk along the road, there is no lake view and it is full of mosquitoes. Order takeout, the elevator does not need to tap the card, and the front desk must stop the guy from entering during the day, saying that I didn't notify you and let the takeout be delivered to the door. Aren't you talking nonsense? You didn't notify me when you received the takeout, and you didn't deliver it and let the guests wait! Want to be quiet in the room? The room is small and the soundproofing is poor. The tenants are not satisfied and they have to be arranged on the same floor. All day long, they are either opening and closing the door, cleaning and bumping, and they can hear people chatting or watching TV in the next room. I even heard someone snoring at night! No peace! Want to go to the SPA? Make an appointment for lunch after dinner. When it's almost time, they told me that the appointment is full and they want to leave early. They want to charge the price of a hot spring hotel with the lowest cost of operation and service. No wonder they use this method to cheat good reviews. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in at this price. I hope Ctrip can face this problem. After all, customers rely on real reviews to fairly choose a hotel that suits them.

A great place for a relaxing weekend vacation. The hotel has four hot spring pools, decorated like pavilions, with great views. The heated swimming pool faces the lake, which is very pleasant. The small details are well done, and towels, tea, drinks, and fruits are available in the hot spring area. Staying for a day is a better experience than going to a spa!
