Vienna Hotel (Chashan High-speed Railway Station) Reviews

This was truly awful. The carpet smelled, and the bedding in the room was dirty with some yellow stains – I don't even know what it was. I booked this hotel thinking it would be better since it opened in 2021, compared to other places from 2018, but it was just terrible. I booked it for my family, and I feel like their stay was genuinely bad. I'm speechless. Next time I book a hotel, I'm definitely not choosing Vienna anymore. Ugh.

Convenience location

The hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Dongguan Railway station, if coming out from exit C. Once at the entrance of the lobby, you will be greeted with a grand European look. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, 2 comfortable chairs and great shower with the water pressure that I like. Air conditioner was good especially it is still hot in Dongguan at 30 cels! It also allow pets to visit, which is great, as long one take care of it's hygiene. 😊

Vienna hotel is amazing. You only need to bring your shirt and pants here. Everything is prepared for you! From the photos, you can see that this hotel provide everything that you needed.

I always choose this hotel when I come to Dongguan for work. It's convenient, very clean, very good rooms. This is my third time, and I will keep coming back.

It’s good

It was comfortable and easy to stay for one night during a business trip. There is a subway and train station within a 10-minute walk. It was nice that the check-out time was 2 p.m.

The hotel looks simple from the outside but is very clean and tidy inside. You can also buy a lot of authentic snacks nearby. The most important thing is that you can apply to postpone your stay until 3 pm. The guy at the front desk is also very nice. I will stay here again next time~

It is just a few hundred meters away from Exit C of Dongguan Station. The surrounding area is not a residential area and is a bit deserted, but the room is very satisfactory. It is quite big, clean and tidy, the air is fresh, the bedding and facilities are very new, and the bathroom is divided into wet and dry areas. The hot water is very good and the air conditioner works great. The lobby also has self-service water, snacks, and souvenirs, which is very warm.
