I chose this hotel because I was running a 10km race. The hotel's location was a little hard to find, but the staff were very nice, and the room was clean and odor-free. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The room was great, service was excellent, and the facilities were complete. Check-in was very fast. It's perfect for a family trip, we had a very comfortable stay.

When I had a special request, the hotel thoughtfully extended my check-out time to 2 PM, which was a huge plus for their customer-centric service. Overall, the facilities are excellent and the service is meticulous and thoughtful, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient parking for those driving. The room facilities are great, the service is top-notch, and the breakfast offers a good variety. Before check-in, the front desk proactively informed guests about nearby facility maintenance that might cause noise during certain periods and even provided earplugs. When an issue was raised, the customer service manager promptly came to inquire and offered to change our room, which I really appreciate. 👍 It would be perfect if the nearby government construction could finish soon so there's no more noise.
