Haiyue Garden, I have lived here for many years before the epidemic. The hardware is still the same, but the management has been changed. It used to be more Western-style, and the piano bar and live music in the lobby are no longer available😥🥲 I thought I would pay ¥800 a night, because of the Western restaurant There was a rich breakfast. Most of the waiters are the same, and the seminarians in the hotel managementmen🧸👍🙏🏻😀 are generous and courteous. There was also a Japanese lady Reception in the lobby ❤️🩹 Now they are all gone. Overall, there is a big gap between Western management and local culture. The lobby manager is an uncle. . Haha, definitely no gentleman 😋😋😅…. Of course, the price has really dropped a lot now🥲😹In the past, the company contract, 5.5 split, was close to ¥500 a night. So you really can’t ask for too much. It seems that now, the route is weight rather than quality😥🙏🏻I hope there will be improvement in the future. I hesitated for a long time before booking this apartment. I was afraid that it would be a very ordinary residential apartment renovated. After arriving, I found out that it was a brand new building with very high-end facilities and equipment. It was similar to serviced apartments of brands such as Ascott. The security was 24 Hours, the front desk concierge and room service are 24 hours a day, the staff are very polite and answer all questions, just like staying in a well-managed hotel. The room has an open kitchen, dining table, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee machine, etc. It’s a pity that I only stayed here for one day because I didn’t fully experience the facilities in the room. I will definitely stay here again next time, great!
