The hotel seems to be built for luxury. The room decor and design is fancy. But seems like they don’t maintain it well so there are some damage here and there. They are tiny damage, not bothering me so much, for example some part of the floor is moving when you step on them, or there is a tiny bit watermark and mold on the carpet. They are not too bothering, just that it sets them apart with the bigger brands such as Hilton. Other than that, the room is big and comfy. The bed is not as soft as I would expect. The location is great, there is a tiny mall next door so food is easy to find. The hotel occupies the higher floor of the building. The lobby is on 10th floor. Amenities are there in the room, everything provided like if you would stay on Four Seasons.

The hotel is located in the city's business district. There are shopping malls around it, which is very convenient. It is only a few kilometers away from the Naval War Museum and the high-speed rail station, and it takes ten minutes by car. The lobby of the hotel is grand. The rooms are large and comfortable. They are well-equipped with facilities. They also provide fruits. The staff are also very warm and considerate. They will help open the door and carry luggage when entering and exiting the hotel. The check-in experience is great and I am very satisfied. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast available during the Spring Festival, but there is a place to have breakfast nearby, and it tastes pretty good.

After a working day, I arrived at this hotel, the service was very attentive, caring from check-in to check-out, very professional staff work at the reception. The room was clean, comfortable, free of odors and noises. But I want to pay special attention to the bed, the bed, pillows and blanket were so soft and pleasant as a cloud that I quickly fell asleep and slept like a child. The breakfast was very good, I really enjoyed a lot of different food options . Then to cheer up, I went for a swim in the pool, outdoors with stunning views of the garden, and then to warm up I went to the hot springs, it was bliss, amazing and soothing atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience to relax body and soul. I will certainly come many more times. Highly recommend this hotel.
