Just the place for a peaceful and good place to rest before boarding flight as the airport is nearby and convenient as a few restaurants and a fresh mart is walking distance. Couldn't have found a cozy place and nice garden as our view. Highly recommend place to stay. Clean and friendly helpful staffs.

Very smooth and well explanatory instructions from the hotel.The location perfect for layover in kota kinabalu. The place is clean and well maintained also check in and out process very easy and nice,however if you have heavy luggage should request groundfloor rooms because for upper rooms no lift available Otherwise everything is smooth and tidy

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights. The room was clean and comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Staff were generally polite and helpful. The location was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a reasonable stay that met expectations.

Stay for three days two nights. i) They didnt clean up room for second days and, ii) didnt refill new drink ( mineral water) and tea/coffee that should given.. Overall, still ok..

when check in we said we would pay early check in fee 10 RM but the receptor said no first and a few minutes later agreed to early check in. Not friendly. The facilities are acceptable compared to its price. It's just a few minutes GRAB ride way to and from airport terminal, so it is a good place to rest for transfer flights.
