"So our family books for deluxe twin (single twin). Suites for my two little girls.While me and husband share the other bed.The best part is,the room is quite big, totally comfortable for my family and the balcony is also large.The toilet and bathroom are very clean,no odor smells.Near shop like mr.diy,99speed & cks.Customer service very neat & humble.Thanks to the cleaner,the room was very clean.Since im kind person that love to booking hotes or homestay i can be honest this is the most comfortable hotel at cheap rate."

"Amazing Stay at K Hotel! I had a fantastic stay at K Hotel! The price was very affordable, making it a great value for money. The location is perfect—easy access to food options, and it’s just a 15-minute drive to Kota Kinabalu city, which made exploring super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Initially, I booked for 5 days and 5 nights, but I loved the stay so much that I extended for another night! While everything was great, I did notice that some appliances near the TV weren’t working, and the TV itself had a minor display issue with white lines. A little improvement in this area would make the experience even better. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay."

-Late Check-out will have additional charges. This is serious issue ,need time clean up for next guest.
-Inform host with photo if accidently damaged an item, we will charged based on the value of item only. If host found out damaged/broken item without informing, host have the rights to fine in fully security deposit, or higher value than security deposit.
