Dongshan Fulaixi Hotel is located on Dongshan Island, close to Jinluan Bay Beach. The hotel faces the sea and there is a free beach right outside. It has a superior geographical location in the middle of Dongshan Island, and is convenient for visiting various attractions. Ruan Liutao, the front desk clerk of the hotel, greeted us with a smile and patiently introduced the attractions of Dongshan Island. Chen Ye, the front desk clerk, also took the trouble to explain the tour route to us in detail. The hotel has such a good service level, which is so heartwarming. I also give a thumbs up to the hotel management. In addition, the hotel buffet breakfast is also very rich. This is a great experience and I will recommend it to my friends.

In Jinluan Bay, the beach is right outside the hotel, and it is convenient to go to other places. For family outings, it is important to have a parking lot, which is particularly satisfactory. Everything else is the standard of a star-rated hotel, and you get extra fruits and minibar drinks when you check in. Overall, I am very satisfied and it is a recommended choice.

The May Day trip was not worth the 900+ room rate. The overall experience was disappointing. 1. The breakfast was not memorable. The snacks recommended by Dongshan Island should at least include oyster omelet, shacha noodles, four-fruit soup, etc., and during the peak breakfast period, many dishes were not replenished in time, the dining table was a mess and not cleaned in time, and the cups and tableware were empty, which was not as good as the 20-yuan roadside stalls; 2. There was no small refrigerator in the room. As a five-star hotel, this is standard; 3. The extended room was not cleaned in time, and repeated reminders were required to clean the room; 4. There was no security guard in the parking lot to guide the parking of vehicles, and the parking spaces in the underground parking lot were not reasonably planned according to the size of the vehicles, resulting in only one car being parked in the original two regular parking spaces; 5. There was no concierge with a subjective service consciousness in the hotel lobby, or rather, there was no concierge. No one helped to push the luggage when checking in; 6. During the peak period of the hotel, there were dining tables from the restaurant entrance to the lobby. Whether the problem of congestion in the safety passage was considered. During peak hours, tables should not be placed in the safety passage, and staff should be arranged to guide guests to check in when they are having breakfast, and seats should be arranged more reasonably. The restaurant basically has large tables for 4-6 people, and guests can sit at will, resulting in a large table for 2 people; 7. The bed is too small, with a size of 1.5✖️1.8 meters.
