前台很熱情，特別滿意的還是前台，人也好笑容也漂亮，房間的和網上看的也沒有什麼太大的差別，就是有一點，空調開着有點聲音

剛住進去就發現床是濕的，而且床品不乾淨。該店稱自己為“度假”酒店，實際上就是自建房改的民宿。體驗感非常的差，一間不到7平的房子收我611¥，可以理解疫情開放商家就等小長假賺一筆，但是兩張1.5m的床，且擁擠的床竟然售價可以要到611¥一晚，非常不理解。對東山的旅遊體驗感太差了！

房間裝修風格很喜歡。各種設施佈置精美智能，衞生very乾淨，入住放心，周邊交通出行方便距離南嶼雙面島，金鑾灣，南門灣，馬鸞灣，左耳天台等景很近，出行方便，另外酒店也有交通工具出租。老闆熱情謙和人很好，看我帶個娃還幫我升級了房間，小孩很喜歡房間裏面的泳池。個人入住過程非常愉快且放心，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！下次來到這座城市都會選擇卓藍度假酒店，因為放心所以如一。

到達酒店是上午11點左右，老闆跟我説12點後入住，建議我先放下行李出去玩會在回來。我騎着自助電動車外出逛了一趟。回來12點半了。打掃的阿姨才開始收拾，説其他客人退房晚了。入住後，電視不能用，很快解決了。其他整體服務態度也不錯，就是晚上11點半停了1個小時的電。恢復後，可能是樓道里過道的應急電源老是不規則的發出滴的聲音，音量有點大，又太晚了，也沒向酒店反應，結果當晚枕着這個聲音入睡。總體評價，服務態度不錯，就是酒店設施和服務經驗不太足，應該可以改進。
