離口岸很近大概300多米，位置還是比較方便的。房子衞生基本上算是乾淨的，沒有很臟，功能基本齊全。晚上樓下有美食街，附近有市場，好吃的小吃非常多，推薦紫蘇鴨腿和水果冰沙，真的很棒！房間還是很大的，一大家人完全夠住，門口是密碼鎖，房間除了窗户，也還有鐵柵欄。房東非常的熱情，給我們介紹了去越南的導遊和租車服務。東興是季節性旅遊城市，因為沒有提前規劃，所以臨時找到了這家。建議大家節假日出行的話，還是提前做好規劃，根據自身切實需求，合理安排行程。

民宿位置很好出來什麼都有，離口岸景區衹有300米。晚上後面是美食街，房東很熱情，很好説，還給我們推薦了很多好玩的地方又詳細給我們講解，還幫我們定了漂流團購票，房東這裏還可以辦理越南一日遊呢。
