The proprietress is reasonable and actively solved the room and mattress problems in the early communication. However, after replacing one mattress directly, it was discovered that the other mattress also had problems after a while. Due to the busy hotel during the May Day holiday, I did not ask for a replacement. However, the next day, I did not rest well due to the mattress problem, which led to a late check-out. I wanted to extend the check-out time, but the front desk lady directly refused without understanding and said that it would cost an extra 80 yuan to extend the check-out time. I have stayed in so many hotels and have never seen anyone who asked for extra money for everything. The experience was extremely poor.
