We consulted Ctrip about this matter and Ctrip refunded us the price difference. I don’t know if it is because of this reason that the B&B has not cleaned the room for us. Why do we keep asking for cleaning? Because the child went to the swimming pool and needed a bath towel to wrap it up. The bath towels from the first day were already available. How can such a wet service make people come back next time?
