Environment: The room is large and comfortable, there are all kinds of food and drinks downstairs, and there is a food street next to it, which is very convenient. Service: Because I booked two nights separately, the front desk immediately agreed to extend our stay the next day considering that it was inconvenient for us to carry luggage. During the day, there was always a manager in the lobby to help open the elevator, and when he saw tourists coming in, he took the initiative to ask if there was any help needed. The breakfast was also good. I overslept that day and went to have breakfast at 9 o'clock. It was already closed. The aunts were preparing to clean up. When they saw us, they stopped immediately and asked us to take more and let us eat. They were very enthusiastic. In short, this store is really the first choice for everyone to come to Hengdian! !

If I needed anything, the waiter would deliver it to the room immediately, very polite. The location of the hotel is also very good, it is very convenient to go to various attractions and eat. There are many snack bars downstairs, as well as a night market and a pedestrian street.

The location of the hotel is convenient for dining. However, regarding the sanitation of the hotel room, I can only say that except for the good service of the (hotel front desk staff), the hotel room is really "dirty and messy". The room is not very clean. 1: The disposable slippers are reused and worn by the previous wave of guests. 2: The sewer of the washbasin is blocked and the drainage is very slow. 3: There is a smell of cigarettes in the room, and the smell of cigarettes is even stronger at the elevator entrance. I will not stay here again.
