I recently stayed at the Foison Jewel Grand Hotel in Shanghai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and comfortable. However, I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast buffet. While the quality of the food was good, the variety of options in the "all-you-can-eat" spread was somewhat limited. A wider selection would have made the experience even better.

2. Robot help to deliver orders to room, so we not need to go lobby to collect the delivery. Very convenient 👍.

Con:
1. Hotel’s renovation look abit old/ aged although advertised it is 4 star selected hotels in Hengdian world studio.
Remark: We booked family room which included two adult tickets and one child ticket. Refer to online comments, people said can top up money to change the child ticket to adult ticket, but we were unable to do it.

It is my best experience ever. The staffs are really enthusiastic and friendly. They help me every time and everywhere. I feel touched. From a ver far away place to hengdian but feel like being welcomed as at home. The hotel clean, the staffs are excellent. Thank you for providing me a feeling home away from home.

The decoration is a bit old, but it is clean and tidy. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The family room booked by 3 people was upgraded to a suite by the front desk. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety, and the three-dimensional fishing view in the hall is unique. A very satisfying stay experience.

When I came to Hengdian, I chose Fengjing Jiali Hotel. The experience was great. The hotel has a good location, convenient transportation, and there are food all around. As soon as the children entered the hotel, they were attracted by the large fish tank. The hotel service is also great. If you need anything, just tell the lady at the front desk and a robot will deliver it to your door.
