The hotel was great! They have a driver to pick us up at rhe entrance of the hotel to go to our building, and the staff(管家小小）there were all very frjendly. Would recommend.

Great location within the Hengdian Studios (Shanghai Street). Little far from the main Shanghai street attractions but it means a quieter evening as less tourists venture there. Voucher includes access to many popular attractions within Hengdian studios. Staff and actors are very friendly and helpful

So much fun staying in the park and you can explore when the park is not open to the public. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety, so there is something for everyone, even picky eaters. All of the staff are very nice & friendly.

Staying inside the theme park means you have unlimited access free of charge to visit the attractions. The theme park opens to the public at 2pm. As a hotel guest you can walk around the scenic area before the public crowd comes in. However, all shops only opens 2pm as well. It is very quiet after 9pm, you’ll need to take a taxi out to town if you want some nightlife.
