Excellent hotel. A little dated and underutilized due to the overly high capacity of the hotel, but the amenties available were excellent. Location is superb. Lovely view of everything. Restaraunts serve pretty high quality food, particularly the Jade garden* (can't remember if that was the name) restaraunt. Some of the best bbq prok (chaoshao) I've ever had. The hakka food and the breakfast there are also pretty good. Highly recommend for someone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay on Wanlv lake.

Buffet is crowded.
No bike or motobike renting possibilities.
Concierge at the entrance is very good and help us to find paddle and swimming place in river.

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The hotel is not the newest but our room was big and clean. Buffets are OK, the swimming pools are great, and the staff is nice. Pity that there was no furniture on the balcony.

✅Environment: The hotel has a good environment, built along the lake, with clear water and green mountains, very beautiful and quiet.
✅Room: Very spacious and bright, clean and tidy!
✅Service: It is worth praising that the considerate front desk receptionist has a good service attitude and detailed explanations. The room service is also great.
✅We checked in on Friday just in time for the hotel’s seafood buffet to open, so we had a delicious meal! 😊

Came to Heyuan to see the mountains and rivers. The room type was upgraded when checking in. From the balcony, you can see a corner of Wanlv Lake. The lake breeze is refreshing and relaxing. The hotel also provides many free services, such as the hotel hot spring. After the tour, you can go there to soak in it to relieve the fatigue of the day and have a good sleep.
