We stayed in the mobile house next to the hotel with the fully equiped kitchen, warm and tidy rooms and a patio outside. The food in the restaurant( we had all inclusive) was very good Plenty of meet, fish, salads, sweets ,fruits and vegetables. I wanted to say thank you to all the staff: at the reception, in the bar, restaurant and to the manager. Everyone was very polite, kind and professional. We really liked the spa area. Relaxing and clean with towels tea , water and fruits provided. The thermal pool and salt sauna were fantastic. It was very convenient and easy to use wristbands in the spa. The New Year's program was very very nice! Everything was great!

We had really wonderful Christmas time! Since our last visit in 2022, the hotel has been renovated. The room was really nice and spacious. The saunas are also very good and well mainteined, although the space is rather limited. The staff is kind and very professional. We would like especially to say thanks to Mr. Boris for his readiness to help and care for us. But most of all we very delighted with the food! Marvellous, excellent! As the fish-lover, I was amazed to have a choice of fish both for luch and supper. The pools are standardly good. And now the entrance from the stairs/lift to the pool area is much better. The quest do not have to go round on slippery floors, as it was before. Although the prices are considerable (especially for pensioners), we hope to be able to come again.

We went for a day with kids. The aqua park is not bad, mid size by modern standards, a good selection for all ages. The food is solid with reasonable prices (12 euro for a hamburger with fries). The only reason we did not give it full marks is safety at the pools with only 2-3 visible lifeguards and no control of the large slides so you end up small kids 3 years old going down large slides followed by big kids that fo not wait and often end up hitting the smaller ones. Quite dangerous to say the least.

Employees do not care much about the visitors. The first expression seems ok, but if you pay in advance, they don't really care about you. Expensive drinks and food, according to the quality. For example, tuna salad costs 12 eur, and you will receive tuna from cheap tin. Restoran alla card is same place like swedish table. Waiters are slow. lot of small children, mostly babies in the restoran, so you can not eat without being disturbed with baby cry. Very expensive mini bar. 0.5 litre of natural water costs 3 eur!!! Criminal. Espresso coffie costs 2.2 eur! Ambient in terme is too hot and very strong smell of chloride! Parking is mostly on the grass and not asphalt. I dont recommend it. There are some much better places in the area.

I had the best massage ever, performed by magnificent Ivana. Saunas are a delight, a perfect place to relaxe after a busy week...or just to chill. Rooms are new and very clean. Overall recommending and will visit again with my hubby

One word would describe this hotel and wellness - POOR. The new owners just raised the prices without any improvement in service. Hygiene is questionable, especially in saunas. The staff is mostly unfriendly and without knowledge of the order and way of working in such facilities (noise, banging, uproar and shouting). The one who manages this deplorable facility should have been on the stock market and engaged in some other business a long time ago. Honest advice to everyone, avoid this place.

We wanted to give Terme Jezercica one more chance after previous (not so good) experiences. Again, they have the same problem - abnoxiously loud staff who are doing everything to disrupt your relaxation by banging while cleaning. The guests are also terrible - coming into saunas in their slippers and bathing suits, talking loudly with no retard to other visitors. Ghastly.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer hat sehr stark nach altem Aschenbecher gerochen, mit Kindern schwierig. Wir hatten Halbpension, das Abendessen war dürftig und wurde schlecht nachgefüllt. Die Therme, ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir hatten trotzdem viel Spaß. Für eine Nacht zur Durchreise zu empfehlen, einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht planen.
