The facilities are good, and it's the only hotel I've stayed at in Florida where the bedding didn't feel damp. However, the high ceilings in the room made it feel a bit empty (I was on the second floor). The parking lot is large, and there's a good selection of fruits for breakfast. Overall, I recommend staying here.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but the cheap taxis in Miami make up for it. I must commend the proactiveness of the lobby staff. I arrived at the hotel an hour early, and they told me there was a clean room and checked me in. There seems to have been a problem with the coordination between Ctrip and them. During check-in, they said I had underpaid taxes, but while I was calling Ctrip, they had already had the lobby manager resolve the issue for me. The hotel is next to Dolphin Shopping Center, but the nearest road was closed. The hotel provides a shuttle bus, but it only runs once an hour, and there was no bus at noon. It's practically useless.

Excellent breakfast, service, and friendly staff. The location, 10 minutes from the International Airport, is wonderful. Thank you.

The room is large and clean, but not very new. It is cleaned every day. Parking is free. There is a large Macy's department store nearby and many shops.

Everything is OK, except that the air conditioner is inside the wall at the head of the bed, which is very noisy and disturbs the rest. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are fine. The breakfast is OK, double tree standard, and everything is about the same

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the airport, very close to the Dolphin Shopping Center, and the hotel has a free bus shuttle. The hotel breakfast is very good, the hotel deposit is returned quickly, and there is an outdoor swimming pool. It is a very good experience...
