I want my money back

First let say Hilton should be ashamed to have it's name be attached to this establishment. Where do I start I guess with being in a suite that does not have a microwave or maybe should I start with a refrigerator that I would not even keep in my garage hell not even for my kids dorm room if I had one that's in college. It's worthless doesn't get cold has no separate freezer for ice nothing. Now that mention ice they don't keep ice buckets in the room. If I did need ice up to the second floor I would have to go. No Complimentary Coffee in your room no cups no trays no napkins or a dinning table to sit at if you wanted too. No soap at what I think supposed to be a kitchen sink it's actually bathroom sink by the way . No safe to keep your valuables in if you needed too and no clock radio .Regular TV has about 14 Channels that's it. Body wash Shampoo and Conditioner are attached to the wall in the shower makes me feel like I'm in a public restroom. The breakfast consisted of Bagels and Muffins no fresh fruit a choice of coffee and or juice. Best thing I have to say it's been recently remodeled so everything looks new used to be a Baymont from what a read.

The Spark, was one of the few hotels available while awaiting our cruise out of the Port of Miami. While, I am a Hilton Honors, this hotel was “ok” enough for a good comment. I trust Hilton and stayed in some of the most exclusive Hilton Hotel like the on in Kuwait. So it’s a great stay for short term.

Stayed at Baymont Inn Doral several times before and Sparks by Hilton is definitely an upgrade. Minimal breakfast options and no room privacy signs available however the room was clean and comfortable, new carpet installed and bathroom fixtures updated. Carpark lighting improved, very bright, felt safe to park late at night. Building exterior new paint color is clean and modern. We arrived early and was able to have our luggage stored safely until our room was ready. Staff was friendly didnt get all the names but shout out to Adian, friendly polite and helpful front desk clerk.
