Hotel Ispinigoli
"We stayed from 04/ to 16 August in this property located in a panoramic position near the famous Ispinigoli cave. Our experience was more than positive starting from the abundant breakfast, with a wide choice of both sweet and savory products at K.m 0 served on a panoramic terrace from which to enjoy a fantastic view of both the lush Mediterranean scrub and the Gulf of Orosei. On the same terrace in the evening we dined with excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine, of a high quality level, we tried the whole menu and we did not find a dish to not recommend. The hotel is family run where availability, kindness and courtesy are the masters. A special note must be dedicated to Mr. Pietro, a person who we could define as out of the ordinary, a truly exquisite person. To conclude with a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei. Highly recommended."
Hotel Brancamaria
"Excellent experience at this hotel. Absolutely nothing to complain about, charming and very accommodating staff, plentiful and varied meals and breakfast, impeccable and spacious rooms. The bedding is of very good quality, the hotel is quiet and the view is splendid. A real favorite!"
Central Dorgali Rooms
Ecoparco Neulè
"A really wonderful place. It is very scenic and we loved staying there. The spots are also very personalised and spacious. Animals make it so much nicer too and they offer a lot of extra things. It's hard to be bored! 😊 The only suggestion is perhaps to tell the visitors the time of quiet time on the campsite. On one of the nights after the traditional dinner some people were very loud until very late at night."
I Ginepri Hotel
"This was a wonderful experience in May for our large family group (8 adults & 2 children). Thank you so much Roberta for organising our airy, beautiful rooms. The system of choosing from the menu at breakfast each morning worked well & we enjoyed wondeful, varied Sardinian food - the chef does a great job. Our grandchildren enjoyed being "high-fived" by Benji & Gabriel when they came to meals, and we were all well looked after at mealtimes by Maria & Melanie. The cleaning staff were thorough & friendly - so lovley having beds made each day! We enjoyed the tennis court & the gorgeous pool which was never too crowded whilst we were there. So, it is a big thank you from us!"
Hotel Villa Gustui Maris
"This room really wasn't worth the price; the facilities were too outdated. It wasn't very convenient to get around without a car, and we didn't even get to use the hotel pool. The overall experience wasn't great, not as good as the guesthouses we booked through other mini-programs."
Il Nuovo Gabbiano
"good location but the service is crap during daytime"
Club Esse Cala Gonone
"The hotel is pretty old and needs serious renovation, especially bathrooms in the rooms - vary small, not comfortable at all. Rooms are also not spacious and furniture is outdated. Don`t forget to throw your wet towels on the floor in order to get them changed. If they are on the hangers they won`t be changed. If you want to get your bed linen changed you have to request this at reception. Food is average but you still get to enjoy some prawns, pork and chicken meat, fish, sveral types of salads, pasta of course and some local desserts but nothing exceptional. +++ Staff is great - polite and helpful; coffee is awesome; and the pool but you need to have a cap to enter it - don`t worry you can get one at reception for 3 Euro. Animation is good for kids (there`s aqua gym ot 5pm for adults) but mainly for Italians which is normal as 99.9% of the guests are such ;)"
Hotel Il Querceto
"Hotel, immersed in a wonderful oak park, where I always have the pleasure of staying again, with comfortable, well-furnished, clean and panoramic rooms. Spacious and well-kept common areas available to guests, including an indoor and indoor swimming pool, equipped and organized. Excellent welcome, kind and professional, varied, good and very abundant buffet breakfast, available in a very large, elegant and panoramic room. Definitely the best hotel in Dorgali, a few km from the wonderful beaches of Calagonone! Absolutely recommended."

Costa Dorada
"The lady who greeted us (I guessed she was the owner) was extremely unfriendly. Because I forgot to select "having a child" when booking the hotel, she looked unhappy and said there were three of us. I explained that I hadn't noticed this requirement when booking, and that we could share a bed with the child and pay extra. I had already offered to pay for the child, but she still looked reluctant, muttering, "Of course you can share one bed with your kid..." I asked her how we could check in, and she charged me 135 euros. She kept looking unhappy and muttering throughout the entire visit, but when a foreigner next to her asked her a question, she turned around and greeted them with a smile. I suspect she has a prejudice against Chinese people. 3000 RMB per night, zero service, and a consistently unfriendly attitude. When checking out, I asked her where to catch the bus back to the airport (there's only one bus from town back to Olbja, running four times a day). She actually said she didn't know, which was unbelievable! How could a hotel owner not know such important travel information? Fine, if she didn't know, she didn't know, but she kept muttering that there were only two stops… After checking out, we strolled along the beach for a while and sat on some lounge chairs and parasols with the hotel's name on them. She then told us that we needed to make a reservation to sit there, specifically emphasizing that we could continue sitting there now but we would need to pay. I told her I was leaving Calagone soon, and she still had a long face, standing there staring at us with a discriminatory expression. So I don't know if the parasols are charged for all hotel guests or what. In short, a very unpleasant experience. I suggest Ctrip remove this hotel from its Chinese website."
Albergo Miramare
"The hotel have a shortcut to beach which is convenient and the outdoor of the hotel is nice , furniture at room is too many and old"
Hotel Pop
"Hotel Pop is a charming boutique hotel in Cala Gonone that I can definitely recommend. It is not the top standard and quality but decent typical for Sardinia .The staff are very pleasant and provide proper, attentive service, which makes the stay comfortable and welcoming. Rooms are clean and well maintained, and while the breakfast selection is small, it is decent and good quality. The location is perfect – just steps away from the marina, with easy access to boat trips, restaurants, and all the main tourist attractions. The rooms are reasonably priced, offering good value for money. The only downside is the hotel’s restaurant, which feels a bit overpriced compared to other options nearby. Overall, though, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy Cala Gonone in comfort and convenience."
Country House S'Ozzastru
"The hotel is only nice in pictures. But the owners do not know how to run it so that the guests feel good. The rooms are nice and clean but... the cleaning lady hung our dirty towels, which we threw on the floor again on the hanger. This is a scandal... People from nearby cities are allowed into the pool and it is very loud and hotel guests have nowhere to lie down and relax by the pool, because everything is occupied by guests from outside the hotel... drama... It should not be like this, it was supposed to be an oasis of peace and there were only nerves and shouts of people from outside. The pool has dirty and torn mattresses and no one is watching over it. Everything is very different from the photos on the website. In front of the cottages there are broken and very uncomfortable chairs. Basically, there is nowhere to sit there. And if there were sun loungers, you could relax in front of the cottage when the pool is always busy... and as it is, we had to relax outside the hotel. I have a beautiful, large house and for me these conditions are very poor and the owner does not care about the details so that everyone feels special, only the number of guests counts, not the quality... Guests often do not have a table for breakfast and there is chaos... Very disappointed and tired of this place. I will never return and feel cheated. I do not recommend it and it is rather a hotel for undemanding guests!!!"
Hotiday Cala Gonone
Hotel Resort Nuraghe Arvu
"The service was good, but we only had one cup for two days in the triple room we booked, and the staff didn't notice it. We asked the front desk and got another one. The charging port was not very useful. The breakfast was rich and good. The balcony was big, which was good, but there were only two chairs for three people on the balcony, and I hope they can add one more."
Hotel Ristorante la Conchiglia
"Best hotel in the town! They even recommend the best boat company down the road"
Palazzo Santa Caterina
"Very nice palace Very clean clean rooms large and clean personal very gentle breakfast abundant unique sin that you can't sleep because there's too much noise seems to be sleeping out on the street owners should provide for isoler rooms ...Sorry if not I had given excellent but not sleep is not well because one pays for relaxing on holiday"
Turismo Rurale Belvedere Pradonos
"My father and I went to Sardinia for a week. We rented a car and stayed at Belvedere Pradonos Hotel. What a week it has been! Belvedere Pradonos Hotel is driven by Sergio and his wonderful family. They are so welcoming, lovely and helpful with things to do on the island. We give them our best recommendations! "
Hotel Barbagia
"Enchanting. It's what you want to find as travelers. It's what we found. It's what we always want to find when we arrive somewhere as travelers. Everything was SUPERB: the food, the accommodation... a discreet treat that you savor little by little. THANK YOU. Keep up the good work, with your presence, your courtesy, your warm welcome."
Hotel Cala Luna
"Hotel was in a convenient location - within walking distance to the main piers where you can book boat tours, beaches and local grocery store if you need to buy any essentials. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. The ladies at the front desk were also lovely and helpful and provided recommendations when I was looking to book a boat tour - you can purchase a packed lunch from the hotel, hire a beach towel and borrow a beach umbrella for free. Breakfast had quite a few savoury and sweet options. And I recommend the Skybar, their rooftop bar for drinks and free snack buffet (from 6.30-8.30pm) in the evening - great views!"
