Hotel Ispinigoli
"We stayed from 04/ to 16 August in this property located in a panoramic position near the famous Ispinigoli cave. Our experience was more than positive starting from the abundant breakfast, with a wide choice of both sweet and savory products at K.m 0 served on a panoramic terrace from which to enjoy a fantastic view of both the lush Mediterranean scrub and the Gulf of Orosei. On the same terrace in the evening we dined with excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine, of a high quality level, we tried the whole menu and we did not find a dish to not recommend. The hotel is family run where availability, kindness and courtesy are the masters. A special note must be dedicated to Mr. Pietro, a person who we could define as out of the ordinary, a truly exquisite person. To conclude with a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei. Highly recommended."
Hotel Brancamaria
"Excellent experience at this hotel. Absolutely nothing to complain about, charming and very accommodating staff, plentiful and varied meals and breakfast, impeccable and spacious rooms. The bedding is of very good quality, the hotel is quiet and the view is splendid. A real favorite!"
Central Dorgali Rooms
Ecoparco Neulè
"Stayed for two nights in a room which has access to a shared kitchen . Fantastic situation for scenery and relaxation. No evening food available but a supermarket in Dorgali approx 10 min drive provided food and drink to enjoy at the dining area overlooking the lake and mountain views. Breakfast is excellent so much choice. We walked around the site and hired kayaks, approx 35 euro per person and a steep walk down to the lake. Not much to see on the lake but peaceful and cool. Lots of farm animals to see on the parc. The drive to the main road is slow and bumpy but no real problem. Staff were very helpful and there is beer and ice cream available at the lodge bar. I would stay here again ."
I Ginepri Hotel
"Beautiful resort with an extreme friendly staff....rooms are renewed and comfortable. Sea vieuw from a large balcony. Comfy beds and stable Wifi...water presure shower excellent."
Hotel Villa Gustui Maris
"Nice, clean hotel. Great welcoming staff. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was very complete and you could chose to eat inside or outside. Our room had a pretty view of Cala Gonone below. It is not a fancy place but it is well kept, nice and clean."
Il Nuovo Gabbiano
"Everything was beautiful and efficient. Alessandra welcomed us with her usual kindness, and her local tips were always truly invaluable. Thank you, and we'll definitely see you soon!"
Club Esse Cala Gonone
"The hotel is pretty old and needs serious renovation, especially bathrooms in the rooms - vary small, not comfortable at all. Rooms are also not spacious and furniture is outdated. Don`t forget to throw your wet towels on the floor in order to get them changed. If they are on the hangers they won`t be changed. If you want to get your bed linen changed you have to request this at reception. Food is average but you still get to enjoy some prawns, pork and chicken meat, fish, sveral types of salads, pasta of course and some local desserts but nothing exceptional. +++ Staff is great - polite and helpful; coffee is awesome; and the pool but you need to have a cap to enter it - don`t worry you can get one at reception for 3 Euro. Animation is good for kids (there`s aqua gym ot 5pm for adults) but mainly for Italians which is normal as 99.9% of the guests are such ;)"
Hotel Il Querceto
"Hotel, immersed in a wonderful oak park, where I always have the pleasure of staying again, with comfortable, well-furnished, clean and panoramic rooms. Spacious and well-kept common areas available to guests, including an indoor and indoor swimming pool, equipped and organized. Excellent welcome, kind and professional, varied, good and very abundant buffet breakfast, available in a very large, elegant and panoramic room. Definitely the best hotel in Dorgali, a few km from the wonderful beaches of Calagonone! Absolutely recommended."

Albergo Miramare
"The hotel is simple but very pleasant. The location is unbeatable, and the views from the room's terrace are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have everything you need. The furnishings are simple but cozy. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The food is delicious, and the dining terrace is beautiful. Perhaps the only minor drawback is that the restaurant service at dinnertime was a little slow. Otherwise, a 12 out of 10 stay."
Palazzo Santa Caterina
"We were in the old palace yesterday, very well maintained, clean, friendly and available staff, top breakfast and Madame who has prepared it very friendly and available, has prepared a great breakfast. ,and clean. Beautiful view on the dorsals and mountains. All beautiful , unique neo the different kinds of outdoor fracture .... sinful."
Hotel Ristorante la Conchiglia
"I cannot understand the bad reviews on here… we loved everything about this hotel! Beautiful location and we loved Cala Ganone and walking around during day and night. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was so perfectly thought out. More than enough choice and I was so well looked after being gluten free. In fact thanks to the member of staff (lady) who looked after me everyday! We ate in the restaurant most evenings and the food and service was great. The room was so clean and nice balcony. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I do usually. We look forward to staying here again next year!"
Costa Dorada
"The lady who greeted us (I guessed she was the owner) was extremely unfriendly. Because I forgot to select "having a child" when booking the hotel, she looked unhappy and said there were three of us. I explained that I hadn't noticed this requirement when booking, and that we could share a bed with the child and pay extra. I had already offered to pay for the child, but she still looked reluctant, muttering, "Of course you can share one bed with your kid..." I asked her how we could check in, and she charged me 135 euros. She kept looking unhappy and muttering throughout the entire visit, but when a foreigner next to her asked her a question, she turned around and greeted them with a smile. I suspect she has a prejudice against Chinese people. 3000 RMB per night, zero service, and a consistently unfriendly attitude. When checking out, I asked her where to catch the bus back to the airport (there's only one bus from town back to Olbja, running four times a day). She actually said she didn't know, which was unbelievable! How could a hotel owner not know such important travel information? Fine, if she didn't know, she didn't know, but she kept muttering that there were only two stops… After checking out, we strolled along the beach for a while and sat on some lounge chairs and parasols with the hotel's name on them. She then told us that we needed to make a reservation to sit there, specifically emphasizing that we could continue sitting there now but we would need to pay. I told her I was leaving Calagone soon, and she still had a long face, standing there staring at us with a discriminatory expression. So I don't know if the parasols are charged for all hotel guests or what. In short, a very unpleasant experience. I suggest Ctrip remove this hotel from its Chinese website."
Hotel Resort Nuraghe Arvu
"Not recommended! Pieces of hair in the room, full of ants, mosquitoes and flies. The rooms and bathroom are 2 stars, ancient hairdryer with pipe in the wall 🤦♀️, zero products for personal use. The very poor restaurant and lack of staff in the structure. The receptionist lady does not issue payment receipts for those who pay in Chas and she personally asked me for money for the drinks that I did not ask for, showing me her signature on my orders!"
Country House S'Ozzastru
"The hotel is only nice in pictures. But the owners do not know how to run it so that the guests feel good. The rooms are nice and clean but... the cleaning lady hung our dirty towels, which we threw on the floor again on the hanger. This is a scandal... People from nearby cities are allowed into the pool and it is very loud and hotel guests have nowhere to lie down and relax by the pool, because everything is occupied by guests from outside the hotel... drama... It should not be like this, it was supposed to be an oasis of peace and there were only nerves and shouts of people from outside. The pool has dirty and torn mattresses and no one is watching over it. Everything is very different from the photos on the website. In front of the cottages there are broken and very uncomfortable chairs. Basically, there is nowhere to sit there. And if there were sun loungers, you could relax in front of the cottage when the pool is always busy... and as it is, we had to relax outside the hotel. I have a beautiful, large house and for me these conditions are very poor and the owner does not care about the details so that everyone feels special, only the number of guests counts, not the quality... Guests often do not have a table for breakfast and there is chaos... Very disappointed and tired of this place. I will never return and feel cheated. I do not recommend it and it is rather a hotel for undemanding guests!!!"
Hotiday Cala Gonone
Turismo Rurale Belvedere Pradonos
"We didn't stay at the hotel, but had the pleasure of having Sergio as a skipper on a Dingi ride. He told us a lot about the nature and landscapes of Sardegna, we made a lot of stops to jump into water or explore the Grottos. He even offered us some wine and pastries, and also stopped at two beaches for some breaks. He individually catered to our wishes and showed us the very beautiful parts of the golfo di orosei. We had a lot of fun and can definetely recommend booking a boat ride with him as the skipper. He was funny, yet professional and we felt like we were among friends, rather than being just another costumer. We would love to ride with him again, greetings from Germany!🙋♂️"
Hotel Barbagia
"Enchanting. It's what you want to find as travelers. It's what we found. It's what we always want to find when we arrive somewhere as travelers. Everything was SUPERB: the food, the accommodation... a discreet treat that you savor little by little. THANK YOU. Keep up the good work, with your presence, your courtesy, your warm welcome."
Hotel Pop
"The wifi is very bad, and does not work on all floors, the floor of the room is not very clean I found several hairs that did not belong to me, and I do not understand why the light in the bathroom is automatique. The breakfast is quite simple, the croissants are good, do not hesitate to add more choices to the buffet. :) the personnel is really nice"
Hotel Cala Luna
"Hotel was in a convenient location - within walking distance to the main piers where you can book boat tours, beaches and local grocery store if you need to buy any essentials. Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. The ladies at the front desk were also lovely and helpful and provided recommendations when I was looking to book a boat tour - you can purchase a packed lunch from the hotel, hire a beach towel and borrow a beach umbrella for free. Breakfast had quite a few savoury and sweet options. And I recommend the Skybar, their rooftop bar for drinks and free snack buffet (from 6.30-8.30pm) in the evening - great views!"
