We were a group of 6 people ( parents with 2 daughters and their boyfriends:) ) and stayed here 2 nights I loved this hotel , I loved the atmosphere, the vibe ,the food… everything was perfect. They knew how to create the perfect atmosphere of Christmas:) Many thanks:) Even if this hotel is a little far from Strasbourg, worth every money We had a car and it was very easy to move, but I am sure it is a possibility to go to city center

I find that I have to pay breakfast in addition for the price of the room quite high and also the fact that the online price was cheaper and that I had to pay a cheaper price at my departure . I find it good that you can cancel the reservation until a certain time because sometimes the passengers cannot arrive at time because of road traffic or accident or even for a personal reason . The staff was very friendly and available, the room was quite spacious and the bed was very good at all, the bathroom was very good with the very spacious and pleasant shower. Properté rien à répéter just peut être ajouter un parfum d'atmosphère car cela sentait le fermé à notre arrivée !

The Boam room is superb with its small living room with a heating floor in front of the glass bath and its very beautiful bathroom with bathroom and shower. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable, and it is very good to enjoy the room with a nice and good breakfast. But at their discharge it was January 1 and there was a breakfast available at the restaurant... I had made a reservation to spend one night at this hotel with my family (wife and two children). We needed two rooms for the four of us. We were expecting simplicity - but definitely not filthiness. When we got there, we found that on both rooms the floor was visibly dirty, the bed linen had body hair on it and the air in the rooms had a terrible stench. Honestly, it was a highly unhealthy environment. There wasn't even soap available in the shower room! We returned the keys, left the hotel, booked rooms in a different hotel and are now fighting to get our money back from Premiere Classe Strasbourg Ouest - we should really demand compensation as we had only a few hours to enjoy in this wonderful city and a couple of them were spent dealing with this. Still, I am happy we left - we would have woken up with some respiratory disease or skin rash at the minimum the following day. Stay away from this place!

The location is quite good. In a calm area and just 20 minutes to the center by public transportation. There is Super U supermarket nearby so it’s very convenient. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. However they could improve by providing bottle of water in the room which is an usual practise in every hotel. There wasn’t fridge inside the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was quite hard and thick. I had pain in my neck the day after. Anyway was good overall

This is a joke! I arrived on Christmas Eve, no personel in the whole building, with codes we got in found our key just laying on a desk unattended and went to the room. The room stinked of cigarettes like crazy, it was like being in a bar!! Disgusted i called the one number they have for emmergencies, i called 40 times!! 40 times!! So now i have to sleep in the lobby, this is a nightmare!!! Christmas for God sake!! For this price!!! Edit: owner attacked me in the lobby in front of my son, grabbed my room documents and ripped them into pieces, yelling i should have gone to another hotel, or slept in my car! We almost fought and my kid was crying. The sigarette smell was paint he said, thats impossible. His son eventually helped and claimed i phoned the wrong number, the answering machine litteraly said: 'hotel Bugatti we are not in, call back.' i taped the incident with my phone, the owner was very agressieve verbally and physicly. The son gave me a room for the night as a short solution. But this reaction is madness, i'm leaving in the morning and filing a complaint. Do NOT come to this place
