The location is convenient, and the restaurant is large in scale. The room is overall comfortable and clean. The lift is rather slow to respond, so be prepared for some cardio.

The hotel was very easy to get to and we were greeted very warmly. The room is well equipped, there is even an ironing board. The minibar was stocked with everything, and there was also a coffee machine 😊
We were really impressed with the breakfast, everything you could wish for was there and more. I would choose this hotel again and again.

I had a very poor experience at this hotel, starting with a frustrating registration process and unprofessional service. The rooms did not have air conditioning, and when I raised this with the receptionist, I was simply told, “It will be very hot.” That response, combined with two extremely uncomfortable nights, was unacceptable. The level of service was far below expectations – the receptionist appeared inexperienced and unprepared to handle basic guest concerns. I had two upcoming bookings, both of which I’ve already cancelled. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. This hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of comfort or professionalism.

Absolutely terrible outdated hotel that alleges to have 4 stars while offering a standard of 2 stars at top. Extremely overpriced - paid 180€ per night for tiny room with no window and tiniest single bed ever I never seen in any hotel in my life. Old, outdated, smelly… just horrible place. I don’t know of there is anything better in the area, but I would never stay here again and do not recommend this place. One of the worst stays I ever had in my life.

Slept good, pretty calm place even though my room faced the road outside. I went with train and it was just a short trip to the station. It's very nice located in small Hilden - if you want to get out of the big cities. City center is right around the corner.

The room was soooo cold I left a day earlier
The front desk said they’d send a portable heater, nothing was sent. I had mentioned it also on the first day. They didn’t seems to care.
Since my room was paid for 3 night , left on the 2 Day.
The hotel is out dated.
