Hotel is surrounded by not much tourist attractions however all shops for food etc are very close by. Buffet and activities to do nearby. Hotel is surrounded by very quite surrounding. Parking available. Overall good place to stay if you want peace and quite. Room does not have tea facilities in room.

Breakfast is still the same as it was a few years ago. The difference is that the homemade waffle machine is gone, but there is a bread machine, which is not bad. In addition, the sparkling water in the room is 3.5€.

Hotel rooms outdated and not clean. Not recommendable. The employees at the reception were nice.

Bed had stains, otherwise the room was clean. The room was on the ground floor and there were prickly bushes in front of the window.

This hotel is very basic and in urgent need of upgraded in the room it has wallpaper from the 1990s on it the old wood chip style painted The shower is in a bath combo but if your taller than 6ft it’s not any use The bed frames are old and tired looking and the hotel is about a 10 min drive from the signal Induna park. You cannot walk as it’s at least 1 hour walking distance. The breakfast in the hotel is a buffet with very little choice the 2 days we stayed it was the same stuff. We had to eat out both days for breakfast at the local McDonald’s and yet that’s a 15 min walk away in Induna centre. There is a train station about a 15 min walk away called Dortmund Oeaspal which takes you into Dortmund HBF the main station in the main centre that was the only bonus. The trains where good at times and bad at others getting cancelled at the drop of a hat which is not good when your in a city you don’t know. The taxis at the train station in Dortmund are very expensive so be aware 10 min journey more than 20 euro each time. This hotel is on the outskirts of Dortmund and not in the city. Would a book this hotel again absolutely not it’s very poor and old and needs to be flattened and rebuilt in my opinion. If your doing the adrenaline trip with Dortmund then please read up on hotels before you book as you want a hotel close to all transport links and be able to get close proximity to restaurants and bars and this hotel is not the one for you. I would rate this a 3/10

3 days stay for business. Queen room with bed basically on the wall on one side (no space), and a couch on the other side that was making the space much smaller. Not very clean. Bathroom with shower where a tall person can barely fit. Buffet Breakfast ok.

It was outdated and the stay was average. It was near the freeway and had its advantage but quite noisy when you open the window( there is no AC, and the room was hot during July). Overall it was fine

We stay here 2 times on our way to Poland. And Back. Food is very good Bar staff the Guy there was Fantastic he worked on cruise ships he had excellent customer service I would just go back just because of him. The Rooms are clean Bed comfortable you're have a shower gel and hair dryer in your room only thing I would say is tea coffee to be put in the Rooms

Schon öfters hier gewesen. Ansich immer sehr zufrieden, jedoch das Zimmer sehr kalt. Bekamen einen kleinen Radiator aufgrund unserer Beschwerde. Mussten trotzdem mit zusätzlichen Wolldecken schlafen. Frühstück war immer prima. In der Bar abends zur Gulaschsuppe nur ungetoasteten Toast. Nicht gut. Schmeckte alt. Parken vor dem Haus möglich. Zentrale Lage. Personal freundlich-

Ein verlängertes Wochenende mit der Familie in Dortmund im Ibis Hotel. Sehr zufrieden alle. Ruhig. Gut zu parken. Zentral gelegen. Schönes Frühstücksbüffet, können drinnen und auch auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Personal freundlich und fleißig. Kommen immer gerne wieder.

Ich habe ja schon einige Male über dies Hotel geschrieben, meist positiv, einmal sehr negativ. Ich habe ein paar Bewertungen anderer Gäste gesehen, die offenbar andere Erwartungen hatten. Ja, es IST ein Touristen-Hotel, und ist zur Zeit unschlagbar, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeht. Dafür nehme ich in Kauf, dass ich beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser setze - ich muss es ja nicht putzen. Dafür komme ich mit kaputtem Knie mühelos in die Duschen der Erdgeschosszimmer, der Wasserdruck ist sensationell kräftig. Was interessiert mich, ob die Silikon-Verfugung andersfarbig ausgebessert wurde? Hauptsache, sauber! Sensationell, beim Frühstück, Serc. Mehr soll ich nicht erwähnen, von seinem Namen. Ich kann mich immer freuen, wenn man einem Menschen anmerkt, dass er seinen Job liebt und bestrebt ist, ihn möglichst gut zu machen. Ich habe die Gelegenheit, ein paar Worte mit ihm zu wechseln. Er ist entspannt, heiter, intelligent. Man darf auch Honig auf den Boden tropfen, alles gut, das macht er weg. Er ist sogar bereit, ein Extra zuzubereiten, was gar nicht seine Aufgabe wäre. Ein Hotel lebt von den Menschen, die dort arbeiten. Ich freue mich darauf, Serc wiederzusehen, wenn ich wieder dort wohne.
