We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Los Quetzales National Park and finally we stayed in the magnificent valley of San Gerardo de Dota, which hosts quetzals a year thanks to the presence of Guatemalan lawyers - whose fruits they eat. The hotel's area includes a garden designed for the many colibris, a variety of walkways, some of which are particularly attractive to ornithologs, and a mirador with a magnificent view of the valley.
