Douglas Hotels with Breakfast

In general, it is really hot without air conditioning, and there is nothing to eat nearby. The transportation is not convenient, and it is not cost-effective in other places, but the island has to accept it because of the price.

The family-run Mereside is located in Douglas, the capital of the Isle of Man and has full disabled access, with a elevator to all floors. It has free Wi-Fi and free parking, with a restaurant and bar.Rooms at Mereside feature an private bathroom and a TV. They also include a seating area, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities.Douglas Steam Railway is a mile and a half from the hotel and Douglas Ferry Port is just over a mile away. The award winning Manx Museum can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot.

At first we were in a room at the back of the hotel. We had to open the window as it was hot, the noise from seagulls and extractor fan was very loud. We asked if we could be moved and the staff were brilliant, moving us to a sea view large room which was lovely. The manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the evening meals were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

M&S, TK maxx, a lot of Bar & Restaurant nearby, standard Premier INN service, friendly and helpful staffs, Bfast is nice…no compliant. I am Premier INN frequent customer ^^

Came to visit my old colleague. This hotel is quite old but location wise is good. Have some entertainment such as cinema and ******. Also chinese restaurant attached. But better come here in summer as most tourist attractions closed.

Lovely hotel. The service was exceptional, I can't praise the staff enough. The room was cosy and had nice views to the seafront. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice (no veggie option but it was still possible to order only the non-meat options like eggs and mushrooms). I would definitely recommend this hotel
