"When checking in at the front desk, they were directed to another officer. The room attendant was escorted to the room, but instead of waiting or asking if there were any problems, room facilities, or so on, instead the attendant immediately walked away and didn't say anything. The room is REALLY DIRTY. First came the smell of cigarette smoke. The floor is very dirty and there is a lot of hair falling out. Under the pantry there are lots of dead cockroaches, the water flow from the pantry tap is small, the curtains and table are dusty, the mattress (blanket, sheet, pillow) smells really bad!!!
