The location was awesome! Less than 5 mins drive from Frenchman's Cove and close to the falls. Maybe 10 or 15 mins to the town. The atmosphere takes you back to a real tropical rainforest. It was cool, quiet and peaceful. The first room had some issues but the staff quickly rectified it by moving us to another room. It was clean and cool. The pool is a great pool. Great for photo ops especially in the night and was footsteps from the room we got. It was overall a great stay and the staff was welcoming. So good that we're heading back there this month! i'll have another review by then with much more photos! I twas rainy when we went there so we didn't get to capture alot of pics.

This is regarding our stay (Aug 5 - Aug 11, 2025). We paid US$805.62 for 6 nights and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing: No air conditioning in the first room, making it extremely uncomfortable. We requested a refund but were moved to another room, which was worse due to bugs all night from having to keep windows open. After asking again to leave and be refunded, we were offered an A/C unit, but when installed it did not work. We also planned a spa day, but were told services were only in-room and had to be prearranged, which was not communicated in advance. Instead of a refund, it was suggested that our rooms would be saved for a future stay. It has now been nearly a month and we have not received anything in writing confirming this. At this point, we are requesting a full refund of US$805.62, as the stay did not meet reasonable expectations for the price paid. Please confirm when this refund will be processed. Thank you,

Love this property! Staff is absolutely the best! Food is a bit overpriced, but good. A true Jamaican experience in the Jungle! The views from the hotel are immaculate.

The nature surrounding the retreat is breathtaking and they have a wonderful sight seeing tower, however staff is not very friendly, food is overpriced at the restaurant and they have the worst road from the main road to the resort.

Nice property. The breakfast menu needs some work and i still could not understand no fried plantain being available. Its Portland, plantain capital and there was no shortage.
