Clean room Wonderful breakfast I will come back

Easy to reach with the tram from Dresden hof. Beds cozy. Not far from old city center. Walking or both tram can reach the tourist spots easily.

its near S Bahn station and short walk to Zwinger. a quiet corner of town , for shopping or dining you do need to take a bus or tram to 1 or 2 stops nearer to the central as not much choices in vicinity.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. The location is excellent, easy to get to the city. The hotel facilities need to be updated. The service is in place. The food in the hotel's restaurant is good and the service is good. The rooms for guests with pets are a bit unsatisfactory and there is room for improvement.

Holiday Inn hotels in Europe basically don't make mistakes, but this hotel is very strange. I don't understand why I have to change rooms when I extend my stay the next day. I communicated with the front desk for a long time and couldn't communicate at all. In the end, Ctrip helped solve the problem. The reception was rarely manned and not particularly friendly. Very small and easy to miss in the right corner of the entrance area. Apart from the staff in the restaurant, I didn't see any service. It sounded more like they had to do it and weren't really into it with their heart. The rooms are very small and cramped. The entire hotel situation is not really wheelchair accessible. The room had functioning air-con, which was great. There is no spa area. Overall, I don't think the hotel's price-performance ratio is appropriate. I expected a lot more. In my opinion, the hotel is overrated and is more of a good 3-star hotel. The parking situation is a disaster. The breakfast is good, but doesn't deserve any praise. The selection was only moderately balanced and not a highlight in terms of taste. I had to get my own coffee and it tasted stale. When I saw the hotel from the outside, I was inclined to go to another hotel. The building is really ugly and not immediately identifiable as a hotel.

It's quite satisfactory and the experience is average, but after all, it's a village-level city. It's pretty good. The current decoration and the scenery are minus points.

Good access to the station and the city. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was luxurious and delicious. The coffee was good, but I personally recommend the tea. There is a gym, but unfortunately it was under renovation and I was not able to use it. The staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay.

When I came to Dresden, I chose to stay at Holiday Inn for the following reasons: 1) Service: As an IHG hotel, the service level is stable. Every morning when I go to the restaurant to eat, I can see different waiters politely but not embarrassing to greet me; When I meet the housekeeping in the corridor, I will also greet them politely. 2) Hygiene: Clean the room, change the bath towels, and refill new tea bags and coffee every day. Shortly after the restaurant guests finished eating, the waiter cleaned the table cleanly, there were no bread crumbs on the floor, and the buffet table was also wiped clean without oil stains, soy sauce stains, and tea stains. 3) Facilities: The hotel is warm like spring, and there are heating and air conditioning in the room. The bathroom in the room is large, the shower water pressure is very comfortable, and the water temperature is also comfortable. It is really comfortable to take a hot bath after a day out~ 4) Environment: The hotel is located on a small street outside the old town and is very quiet at night. It takes 3 minutes to walk to Zwinger Palace and 10 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Our Lady. There is a Sichuan restaurant less than 100 meters away from the hotel. It has a Chengdu flavor (numbing), which is delicious!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the old town and the old palace, and can be reached on foot. I stay here every time I come to Dresden and I am always very satisfied.

It's been a long time since I stayed in such a bad hotel. The air conditioning system made a very loud noise. At night, the window of the room was full of decorative lights, which attracted mosquitoes and I didn't dare to open the window. The room was also small and the quilt was thick and hard. There are more choices at this price.
