In short: the staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is plentiful, and the breakfast room offers plenty of seating. We had a room with a king-size bed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was particularly large. The secure parking lot was another plus. The hotel is conveniently located yet very quiet. The restaurant Le Douglas, right next door, is also very good. Overall, we highly recommend the Hotel Caiman."

Good overall, with services and evening meals on site possible by the pool only. Nothing like a hotel but not unpleasant at all The least... Lack of dishes for long rentals. We will return there with the bikes because there are plenty of trails to visit the magnificent region. "

"This is a truly special place - you feel as if you are in a world of your own. The environment is calm and peaceful - you can literally hear a pin drop.... The buildings has been well-restored with comfortable rooms which are beautifully appointed proving more than promised - e.g. coffee and tea facilities in the room that are not listed in the description. We were not able to try the gourmet restaurant as it was not open. The Brasserie was OK but not special, but the breakfast was excellent . Service was friendly and attentive. All in all a visit I would like to repeat!"
