"The hotel is decorated with elegance and quality, but upon arrival there was a slightly unpleasant smell. I was immediately changed rooms and upgraded, too. The room was perfectly equipped, with bathrobes, coffee machine and kettle, separate toilet, very spacious, beautiful and warm. The bed was perfect, which is quite rare. The welcome was friendly, attentive and efficient"

Rooms are comfortable with good quality bathroom toiletries, and comfortable beds either single or double as required. Good working air conditioning too throughout the hotel, together with the Wi-Fi. Cozy small lounge just inside the reception area with excellent furnishings. Christophe and Tomas ensure that nothing is too much trouble for whatever you require at the hotel, or either at breakfast or dinner, which are both first-class. Safe and ample parking, which is a priority for us on a travelling holiday. For me, the ashtrays on nearly every table outside should be more in the background in their beautiful garden. Although our first stay at The Bastide but not to Grignan, which is a lovely characterful small town about 20 mins walk away depending on your fitness/weather, we are intending to return next year, and look forward to enjoying Christophe's and Tomas's untiring hospitality. We wish them continued success. "

"We stayed at the Hotel Caiman for two nights and really enjoyed it. In short: the staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is plentiful, and the breakfast room offers plenty of seating. We had a room with a king-size bed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was particularly large. The secure parking lot was another plus. The hotel is conveniently located yet very quiet. The restaurant Le Douglas, right next door, is also very good. Overall, we highly recommend the Hotel Caiman."

"Couldn't recommend this hotel more... We stayed in the MUSSET room, which was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Every person was very friendly, kind and accommodating. Happy to go above and beyond for their guests. We didn't take advantage of the spa facilities, but even having a drink outside was very relaxing in the very well cared for grounds. Restaurants on site had lovely food so no need to venture out. Rooms and food were all very reasonably priced. 10/10 would return"

We were even provided complimentary coffee and croissants when leaving as we didn’t have time for breakfast. Dinner in the bistro was superb. Highly recommend"
